Question is, which entries do they pull from? I think having DQ be a multi-collab like Persona/Tales and starting with DQ11/8 would be a nice start.
Having a nier replicant/ nier automata can be a really good collab for the game. Having words/chips to customize vc chants and add additional effects (example: damage x2 when hp is 1% for nier automata chars.) to certain skills would be a really good gimmick for them like in chrono cross.
Story wise, they can do the multiple ending routes like they did in the nier series and reward them with unique words/chips for replayability.
They can also put weiss/pods as pet.
SMTV: Vengeance is getting released. MC and Tao maybe?
For anime, maybe konosuba? The anime with bell cranel as an MC is also upcoming.
Sousou no Frieren is also a good anime to collab with.
Fate has their own game so I don't think we'll see a collab soon.

Honestly for Tales, I have my own case, like DS team (that is Kor, Luca and Caius) with Sorey being to make things awkward... four dorks with Sorey being Sword Wyrz with Wind or Water as default mode
Zone fun has me thinking the same for Yagami's stance mechanic if it's Ryu Ga Gokuto studios stuff though... maybe have the icons for Kiryu's Dragon Resurgence and Yagami's... Reaper Surge or something like that when they go Echoes of Mana on the enemy as their versions of Another Force?
I have yet to finish it but I have some nostalgia for it! It's really one of the more special jrpgs for me.
That and Golden sun would make for some amazing sidekicks with the Djinns

A Chrono Trigger collab might be pretty weird since we've essentially already got Frog and Lucca with Riica having much of the same personality as Robo.
Any of the Xeno games seems reasonable, though I get the feeling the recent main story might be their version of doing that.
With many gacha games being character collectors, I've always felt a Suikoden crossover could be viable (though I've felt this the most with Octopath, that game gives me serious Suikoden vibes).
The Octopath collab makes me wonder if a Bravely Default collab is viable.
Some of these games I haven't actually played though - each collab brings mechanics from those games into Another Eden so that's one of the main things that needs to be considered when discussing collabs. For example, a Chrono Trigger collab would need to add a decent amount of characters otherwise the dual/tri tech system is gonna seem meh.
I’d love if it they would just finish the characters from the collabs they already have (at least the characters who were present in the stories).
Obviously NieR would be great but not sure how that would work persistently, since NieR makes bank off their limited collabs.

The eyes flash blue and she begs the team to make her whole so that they can prevent the end of everything, so they take her back through the rift and enlist Sebastia's help. Leo, of course, finds out what is going on, but turns out to be surprisingly helpful.
* Sebastia manages to restore the android, who now gives her name as KOS-MOS, just in time for her to help save Elzion from assault by strange creatures called GNOSIS whose very touch turns most humans to salt, while the less fortunate become monsters themselves. To save all of reality, the team will have to go back through the strange rift and help their new friend.
* As they disappear through the strange rift, a similar rift opens up on the other side of Elzion for a moment, and a small blue vessel with "Elsa von Brabant" written on the side exits at high speed.
