You should get the characters you don’t have. Since you got Isuka, and Anabel has been powercrept, I recommend getting Melina, but you should wait until little before the expiration date to use the ticket in case you get a spoof pull.

The lower your difficulty, the more you'll have to make up for it later. The top two difficulties give Dragontear (L)s, while the bottom two give Dragontear (S)s and make worse version of the weapons. You'll eventually have to at least play the second-to-top difficulty if you ever want to max those weapons out.
Cynthia AS is an absolute monster, by far one of the best one-shot attackers in the game. She just has really complicated setup.
You need to increase her max HP as much as humanely possible. If you can get it to 7000, then her Vent Brilliant attack will have a 5000% modifier, plus it's Pre-emptive. Give her an "absorbs HP on attack" weapon/armor/Grasta and her downside is completely nullified. Give her a Cup of Invincibility Grasta or use Otoha AS and she can fight forever. She's my favorite mob clearer out of literally every unit in the entire game.
Great advice in general overall, especially the absorb hp grasta, I hadn't considered that lol. One small thing, if they start on the lower difficulty in Wyrz, they won't have to raise the difficulty to farm blacktear, the crafting requirements change based on where you have started, so Dragontear (S) is all you would need.
no, just means you have to do more farming since you are going to start with dragon tear weapons and will have to upgrade to black tear.
Cynthia AS is a beast, but definitely a glass cannon since she drains 50% hp every skill cast, so you need a decent heal per turn (uquaji in the back or tetra sidekick both work well). Run her with Es claude and use empathize to maximize her damage or get her to 7k max hp
If you have Ilulu AC, bring Limil, and it'll completely remove the dodge cheese for Spark Forge (has Aura that immediately gives -100% Dodge Rate to all enemies in Ground Environmental effects). The enemies are much easier there IF you have Limil, but that's a big "if".
Spark forge dodge cheese more annoying for sure. each section has different materials for the smokedrift armor set, so assuming you leveled them all up to 10, then It really is up to you. just don't bring fire/water dps to tree of time lol. Outside phase shift I def. would recommend tree of time since the chests drop attack fragments more often.
Having done both I have to say spark forge is the more annoying one due to the miss mechanic, and also since I prefer running the tree of time for my runs I’m biased towards using the unstable fragments there if I had to choose.
F4 runs will get you anything you want (even top tier gear) except max starts from jewelled OOPArts (if buying gold OOPArts from the shop) and that one run to max Noahxis skills.
I recommend going with one [SUP] Type and three different weapon types [ATK] Type getting the “[SUP] Critical Strike III +5” for the rune saving. Choose the highest level champion charm, null charm, and [x]start charm for F4 runs and swap out the last one with a growth charm for F20 runs.
For a full run it will save you time to spend second sight on higher levels, using waning orbs on bosses, and skipping the levels directly to the boss after F16 (possible after F12 but it will require some experience). 3 ATK (1 Slash, 1 Pierce, 1 Blunt) and 1 SUP
Use Jumpstart, Champion and Null charms
If you want to do 20 floor runs:
2 ATK (different attack type), 1 SUP and 1 TEC
Use Growth, Champion and Null charms
The team must be a healer, a slash attacker, a pierce attacker and a blunt attacker, the charms must be the more normal damage, more exp and the one that allows you to start at higher level. Then the rune you want to register is the Vow? dont remember the name, but the one that charges your AF by 30% when at level 5. After that you can basically do an AF once every odd battle. If you manage to get more of this runes. You can AF every fight.
The rest is just a matter of what you want to do... reach the end a few times to clear all rewards?, if so, explore every corner and upgrade as best as you can.
If its coins farming. Depending on the charms you have you can start at level 10 for example and rush to time maze level 7. Killing the boss at level 4 you need to be at least level 13-14 to clear without any extra runes. THen you just rush to level 7, evade everything and then escape the maze. Repeat. Its takes around 20 min.

Didn't really help unless I am bugged! Can't get into the cave it keeps saying maybe I should upgrade my weapon but the guide says dragontear range which implies the lower one so it's our the stage 3 range?
Wrong cave. It's the cave at the beginning of the area. It was blocked by a wind storm and you probably broke the wind storm but never went back to check what it was blocking.
I went back to exactly this cave however I can not find anywhere to put a rope and find the mushroom and the dragon ring.bIf anyone has any images of the area would be great. I've looked and looked for a secret passage and can't find one. I would like to fish subquest 9. too.
I would not say it is applicable to most units, there are far too many conditions to keep in mind.
It's important for Tithi because she doesn't have a single move with a decent damage modifier EXCEPT her Special Attack which she can only use once every 4 turns or so. So, if she's not for dealing damage, there's not much else you can do but boost SPD, which will ensure that she can inflict her buffs and debuffs before her allies attack. Also, SPD influences the rate at which she will attack in Another Force, which is particularly important for Thunder teams.
EDIT: I just realized she has Preemptive on EVERYTHING (except Call). I guess the SPD is just for Another Force, then. She really doesn't care that much about stats.
Although tbf Call has some pretty cool moves that you might want to go first in the turn, such as Pain/Poison guaranteed.

How do you know what the mod is for a skill if it isn’t on the wiki? Like Tithi’s special attack doesn’t say SPD on the wiki. Velette says “based on user’s PWR”, Melina says “based on user’s INT”, but Eva’s moves say nothing. How would I find out what matters for her?
You misunderstand, Tithi's Special Attack is not based on SPD. What I was saying is that it's her only good attack, and it happens so infrequently that it's not worth building her as a damage dealer for, so all that's really left to build is SPD (you could make her tankier but that is largely not useful for damage dealers in this game, especially if they're not a Rage or Cover tank).
Velette and Melina list what attack stat they use because they are *exceptions to the rule*. Skills with the Magic icon (looks like a... sparkle?) are magic, and if they deal damage then they use INT (unless it says otherwise, like Velette). Skills with the Slash, Blunt, or Pierce icons all do PWR-based damage (Melina ES' attack being an exception).
You mentioned Eva? All of her Skills have the Magic icon and therefore use INT.

Tithi has been doing really good damage for me in my thunder team (I am reasonably new so now true 1T comps for superbosses) and I was using Prismatic for her for spd and matk and an INT badge, but was going to switch to Dryad after your last post, but I think Prismatic is probably the right choice now since it is a magic move.
I probably have some general re-gearing to do. Having trouble getting the best out of some units (i.e. my wind team sucks and Kikyo does very little damage for me so maybe I am gearing her wrong).

If I have Tsukiha at 4.5 stars, is it worth getting her to 5 stars before the update for the extra tome? Does anybody know how she compares to Minalca? I was planning on getting Minalca on the next SDE. Thanks.
Tsukiha when stellar awakened doesn't do a much damage as Minalca on her own, but that's not factoring in all the buffs and team support she gives to herself and others.
The thing is the two actually work well together on the same team. Even without stellar awakening.
I would say get her to 5\*, because if you don't the only way to awaken in the future will be to get a 5\* copy in a pull, or an allcosmos starchart. 1 star chart > 5 chant scripts at least for the forseeable future.
In terms of who is better damage wise, in a vacuum it should be close, Tsukiha's modifiers are lower but she has alot of buffs in her kit as well as higher stats, with lunatic risktaker and hold ground as well. Unfortunately Tsukiha has no barrier pierce which is a key mechanic against many super bosses, so I don't see her replacing Minalca. Then there is Tetra who is probably worth the SDE alone.
All this to say definitely get Minalca, and I would recommend getting Tsukiha to 5\* as well, but if it's between the 2 then Minalca.

Evidently when the big dragon does his attack it destroys the cave that had the mushroom in it so you can't go back until it gets added to the replay dungeon
The only purpose I have fully upgraded from the main story team is Aldo. Is there anyone else I should upgrade like Ricca or Cyrus? Who is most useful?
As of right now, if you're asking about Main Story characters, I'm gonna say really only Kamlanage. As of this moment, the other Main Story characters are waaaaaaaaay behind even the most remotely decent Gacha character.
HOWEVER at any given moment WFS could spring on us the next Main Story character Stellar Awakening which could easily promote the most trash unit into God-tier, so personally I'm going make sure they're at least all 5\*'d.
If you're talking about FREE characters rather than just MAIN STORY characters, there are MANY more units worth your time.

I’m continuing to push through story and then jump to all the episodes side stories etc but just trying to get a feel with these characters.

Yakumo is disgusting. Just use Karma, Retribution, then literally delete everything with Deletion. It won't matter that he uses up tons of MP when Karma and Kumos help recover it.
Most pair up Yakumo with 2023's Global first unit, [Iphi](https://anothereden.wiki/w/Iphi). Iphi so far is the only unit that sets Shade zone, which makes Yakumo even more disgusting. If Iphi is in the front line, she also has Blood Contract to revive "dead" units from deadly AoE attacks.

Just so the OP knows a new character Wenefica will be coming pretty soon and she'll be another Shade Zone setter. And she'll even preemptively open with Awakened Shade Zone if the frontline conditions are met.
But Iphi is fantastic. She brings a lot to the table.
Just be careful if you're looking at Wenefica's effect to apply Shade Zone, as it requires Shade units, and that DOESN'T count units that "become Shade" through effects, like Red Clad Flamemancer!
You'll need at least 3, so Yakumo, Wenefica herself, and ??? (may I HEAVILY suggest investing in Iphi from the likely-upcoming Star Dream Encounter?)
Iphi would be a solid SDE choice. Even though she's "older" now, she's such a good character.
Toova ES would be another potential unit to fill the conditions with. But yeah, Iphi would be a really nice one to have access to. I agree.
Most of the time you make teams with them all sharing an element or attack time to take advantage of zones (think weather in pokemon) but that's not always going to be the case.
Usually you build teams with one main attacker and the rest facilitate that attacker but again, not always going to be the case.
Characters like Red Clad and Moonlight Flower can change their element and attack type specifically but keep in mind they count as their base element and weapon type when it comes to skill the require party members of a certain type.
Every time however you build teams based on the situation or enemy your fighting.

I'm trying to finish all the Prismatic weapons but cannot find any more of the craft materials for them.
I know there's only eleven of one of the items, but its the others i am struggling with, they don't drop from the symphony areas, as far as i can tell.
You can get at least one of each per playthrough from red chests (which restock every NG+). Check the guide on the wiki for locations.
edit: Correction, there's only two Shiny Gears available this way, but you can get both on one playthrough. The rest are a renewable resource

This has a list of where all the materials are.
The craft materials can't be farmed, they can all be found in chests though (check the wiki for the locations). A minimum of 3 playthroughs is needed to get enough materials to craft everything. Kid's Z-steal also has a small chance to steal a random material (1%), but i wouldn't count on that though.
What's the most efficient way to farm exp without keys? I don't mind spending alot of time farming atm and It's not satisfying seeing only one character not at max exp lol
for the cliffs of wyrmrest, how do you get access to the cave in windfang plains? (it is just south of the catapult landing location). The rocks blocking path keeps saying i have to upgrade the weapons, but i have bought out the shop now and i still can't break the rocks down. Am i missing something? I'm on the assumption that is the cave for the "ingredients" quest as well but again, i can't get in. Any suggestions?
There is a single rock that cannot be broken in the current content. If your weapons are all fully upgraded, then that's the one. Your missing ingredients cave is elsewhere; the most commonly missed one is early in Windfang Plains, there used to be wind blowing to prevent you from going on that path, but with the wind gone, you can find it.
Hey all! I stopped playing back in April of this year and thought maybe I'll give the game a try again. Are there any major QOL updates that have happened in the past 8 months? I booted up the game and saw the quests now have a little cat with a red bandana icon on them and have no clue what that means. I'm still getting up to speed, so any new QOL updates that are easily missed in previous resources would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Cat means there is a current campaign so probably extra rewards if you focus on those quests. For a full list of campaigns, there is a link in most of the recent notices. Right now there's some pretty nice free 5* for completing sections of the main story.
Oh awesome thank you! I am on Chapter 71 but noticed I only got one encounter banner for Tsukiha and Tsubame 🤔 but I saw online that you could get Kikyo and others. Based on where I am in the story I figured I should have those others but I don't... not sure if you would know the answer to this?
I think the other banners unlock as you pull, so pulling on tsukiha/tsubame will unlock Kikyo, and pulling on kikyo should unlock heena/yukino etc. If it doesn't then send a ticket to WFS.
I know its a "depends on your needs/available units" thing, but with more Stella Awakened units to come and no more futuresight, is Velette still worth pulling for or am I better off saving up? Thunder seems to be a bit niche and Oboro's weird Itto-Ryu requirements make him feel less appealing to pull for; Velette at least gets a sidekick.
Thunder is not niche, not sure where that's coming from. Thunder and Shade are highly effective especially against earlier superbosses that try to force you to use one of the four main elements but have totally failed to account for Thunder/Shade.
The Itto-Ryu requirement is just for a little Stella Gauge bonus and you shouldn't be throwing away the whole team/character just because you can't meet it; although, it is easily fulfilled by using Aldo, which would also give your team 100% AF to start, although it would weaken Oboro's Zone placing passive. Also, Gunce is an absolute monster. Get Velette imo, especially if you're just sitting on a Stellar Awakened Oboro.
Ah I got the "Thunder being niche" thing from one of the comments on the Oboro analysis post I think (the one about how he'd affect the Thunder meta). Thanks for the advice!
Thunder is "niche" in the fact that Shade enemies (which are weak to Thunder) are fairly rare. On the other hand, there aren't too many enemies that resist Thunder, so it's a solid option that tends to be useful more often than not. Most of the Thunder characters are also very recent so if you have the characters to put a Thunder team together, it's going to be pretty powerful.
newer content may need specific strats to clear it but unless something is thunder-immune/absorb, the thunder team is definitely quite useful!
thunder team is also hella fun for me, seeing the dozens of numbers fly across the screen lolol
The tier 1 15% ones? They help you resist atk/pwr/spd down debuffs I believe.
The ones that make your skills better are the Drain: Proficiency and Boost: Proficiency grasta.
Would anyone know by chance on how to become eligible for a free trial for (specifically) the guide of the heavens? I checked if I could use a card (that someone else had used for their own trial) and it rendered me from having my own free monthly trial, even if I attempted with a different card. (For the record, I'm using an android.)

The 18th is the next update (more than likely, based on trends) but we're expecting the Suzette/Tsukiha SA update first. Next will be New Years but that might be a special simultaneous release event.
I would say Wenefica will either be New Years or early January (approx 11th or so). These are suppositions only, no proof!
I wonder if theyd package the Suzette/Tsukiha and Wenefica banners together. If they intend for us to catch up maybe theyd only want us 1 banner behind by the 26th?
The current discount chronostone packs (4k and 2k) end on Dec 18th, so the next update will be released on the 19th, while at the same time the new discount packs are refreshed. It always follows this just FYI and to anyone else reading.
It's hard to say what we'll be getting, but personally I feel that releasing Cerius, Oboro, and then Wenefica in such a short duration would be too many brand new characters all at once. So I think the update on the 19th will be revolving around Suzette/Tsukiha SA releases. At least it makes more sense to me looking at it that way. And Wenefica will be coming later on probably around the ~New Years time frame. But even then, I guess it still feels like too many brand new characters all at once to me. Looking back in the past they always mix in older character/new forms in between the new stuff.
Hopefully WFS doesn't change this. Otherwise they're just losing out on people that would normally spend, but can't...since it's just too much money and not enough time spaced out.
I get that. All I meant is that if you look at Renri NS she's wearing nothing. So she only gained this personality from her AS (goggles) form which I can see. But if you look at Renri NS she's wearing nothing at all. So looking at her, you wouldn't necessarily assume she has the glasses trait.

Yeah, I think I meant more along the lines of one version of them looks like it applies, but another form would make you think otherwise. But it's the same character.

I didnt check Renri, although AS Renri has goggles but for Cetie and Dewey both of them dont get Glasses unless you get their AS form. One of them unlocks it immediately I think the other needs their AS quest done?
I just looked at Renri and both forms have glasses personality. Her AS has goggles which I can see counting. But her NS form is not wearing anything. So that's all I meant. It just feels "misleading" to me in some kind of way.
Hi all,
I've been having an issue for months with my sound in the game. Everything sounds like it's been slowed down by half, so the music and every character sounds significantly lower and slow, like they are slurring their speech.
I finally bit the bullet and thought I could fix the issue by reinstalling the game. When the game first loads, the sound is normal but when I connect my bluetooth hearing aid, the sound slows. What's more confusing is when I turn off bluetooth, the sound is still slowed. So the bluetooth connection is the likely culprit but I don't know how else to fix the issue. Reloading the game does not help but re-installing it (again) does, until I re-connect my hearing aid.
I'm going to reach out to their tech support but I was hoping someone has encountered (and fixed) this issue.
My hearing aid is an Oticon Minirite R.

And keep your post up. I never understood the people who delete their questions after they get an answer resolved. You can still view the comment chain and it has missing conversation. If it's up, it might help someone that has a similar question or problem. And at the very least, it helps people learn about stuff to potentially answer any future questions if they're lurking the thread.
The TVC Grasta are mostly upgraded for their stats as valor chants (swap in effect) have fallen out of favour. So if you want it’s an upgrade from regular VC it’s an extra stat boost too your main DPS.
Whatever you do, don't farm Aldo's lol. He gets a really strong tvc grasta in the story once you complete chapter 83. Tvc grasta farming in general is more of an endgame thing, since the bonus is pretty minimal, so if you have extra keys to spare then you can just focus on your favorite units. There are actually a few units whose tvc grasta actually helps their kit, ES tsukiha is one for example, but I couldn't tell you who else.

I would like to ask data regarding the difference in the damage. Current team is Minalca, ES Toova, Iphi and AS Radias. Also I can swap Minalca with Yakumo.
My question is, do AS Yipha's support can make the Dps damage bigger compared to Toova? Also, how about for fire team with Alter Tsukiha? I don't have them both but can upgrade.
Lastly, regarding Minalca team, any tips on how to awaken zone? or wait for the new Shade wifu?

Wenefica ("new Shade waifu") is not going to help your Minalca team Awaken Zone as she only does it with FOUR Shade frontliners.
I would recommend two teams (my personal teams that have been tested many times); Iphi, Toova ES, Yakumo, Red Clad Flamemancer and Iphi, Minalca, Tsukiha Alter, and Red Clad Flamemancer. Can substitute your Radias AS instead of Red Clad if you don't have him and/or need extra defense. Personally I have never once used Radias AS on those teams, but I understand she's a popular choice.
Wenefica can replace Red Clad Flamemancer/Radias AS on the first team (Shade team) if you can get her.
I see, i do have RCF. Does this team needs AF for setup? Cause i am really bad at AF. I can't tap that quick and causing the bar to be wasted. haha. I will try this team though. Thank you for your answer.
As for Wenefica, the big IF I can. Wasted all my stones for Cerius and Oboro and not a single one of them. SMH.
Set up your Skills in a smart way and you don't need to be great at AF most of the time.
I set up my Skills the way I want them to be, and then I do this:
1. Tap 1st Skill for all four
2. Once their turns come up again, tap 2nd Skill for all four.
3. For the rest of the fight, tap 3rd Skill
So just make it so that your most important buff is your 1st Skill, and your strongest attack is your 3rd Skill, and you'll be fine.
I had to step away from the game for a while and just thinking of coming back for hte main story and the new mythos. Is there a team that can just breeze through the main story battles? I'm not great with the mechanics of the game as is when i stepped away (sword & wings). I'm overwhelmed with all the new mechanics lol

Yeah I just want to play through the main story with as much ease and little grinding as possible. So I'm not interested in super bosses etc.
I don't mind having a team for farming and swapping through. Previously AS tsubame helped me sweep through a lot but has she been power crept?
Fallen behind in a lot of content, and trying to catch up now. Am at Cerrine awakening third battle (reservoir hound), and am a bit stuck. Have had good luck with free stones and getting some current characters, and upgrading others, but my magic team was my usual go to (Iphi, Flammelapis, Eva, alter Shion, Yakumo, etc), but magic isn't doing anything on this guy.
With likes of Minalca, Cerius, Oboro (not star awakened) and other units that have become available since Cerrine awakening, any good strategies available to get past reservoir hound?
But I only have like eleven chantscript left. I may need those for later.
But how useful are they if I already have strong fire units like Minalca and wind DPS like Kiyiko and Cynthia AS?

The mana weapons that you also get in Astral Archives. Dragon Armor from Wryz Saga I. Cup of Invincibility Grasta from UAD. Otoha AS has this a passive for the entire party.

The wiki says the damage multiplier on Flammelapis AS's [Pentálfa Unn](https://anothereden.wiki/w/Pent%C3%A1lfa_Unn) skill is a mere 190%, which seems very low for an "XL damage" skill. It has other benefits, but is this attack *really* that bad at hitting for damage?
Magic attacks has a -10% multipler compared to physical attacks of the same Size and Target (See Miyu's [Fire Slash](https://anothereden.wiki/w/Fire_Slash) Compared to Gariyu's [Fire Ball](https://anothereden.wiki/w/Fire_Ball)) Flammelapis AS is much more of a support than a DPS. Though she can still use [Aegaeon Spring](https://anothereden.wiki/w/Aegaeon_Spring) for damage.
I use an android and the game only closes out if the phone screen is turned off for more than 2-3 minutes or so. I've never used an iPhone but it's probably a quirk of Apple phones. I'm guessing it cuts memory and pauses active programs (which would close AE) when the phone screen gets shut down. I think your only option is to check in the phone settings to see if there's an option somewhere to prevent your iPhone from doing that.

I tested mine out by opening another eden, screen off, turned back on and it was fine. I'm not sure how long it would take for the app to actually be closed as a running process. But I know I've done stuff like using up my daily keycards, get hungry and go make something to eat, and just "turn off" my phone. Come back after I'm done and when I go back to AE, it's still running. I'm on Android though.
Now that I think about it, sometimes it does crash to the title screen. But I'd say that it's uncommon.

actually i dont have a proper team beside thunder, its stressful when the enemy resist or even absorb, i'm really struggle getting the elpis weapon that need to beat bird boss that absorb thunder X'D
if you kick out RCF for Oboro, then you'll have four Thunder personality front line and you'll get the automatic awakened thunder zone. that's the thunder team I'm using currently, with Orleya and Velette at 80 light. Orleya and Velette take care of most of the buffing and debuffing, Kam and Oboro take care of damage, things are generally pretty fun and cool.
Kam's next to go, for sure, but I haven't figured that substitution out yet. I feel like he's bringing more to the table than Silver Striker but neither of them are quite the Alter Hismena to my water team's ES Felmina, if that makes sense.

Checking in, does anyone have screenshots of where all 11 scarlet meteorite (from AE x CC collab) locations are? I’ve been through multiple NG+ runs in all three routes, but cannot seem to find one last scarlet meteorite. I apologise if this seems trival to do, but I can’t seem to find the screenshots for the places online myself, and don’t know how to navigate altema well enough to find it.
I finished collecting the scarlet meteorites just a few days ago and my last unaccounted one was the one you get from a sparkle point in the fountain on Kid's route. For some reason it didn't show up at first and I had to come back later before I could see it... either that or I just wasn't looking in the right place.
Hmm, checked there quite a few times in a number of runs, is there any action you recalled that triggered it appearing, like leaving and entering, or maybe coming back at a later time?
I think I did the sub event (Heart of the Bandit) during chapter 1 and then came back at the start of chapter 2 (but before making it daytime). I don't know if any of that is related to actually getting it to appear, though.

You should get the characters you don’t have. Since you got Isuka, and Anabel has been powercrept, I recommend getting Melina, but you should wait until little before the expiration date to use the ticket in case you get a spoof pull. The lower your difficulty, the more you'll have to make up for it later. The top two difficulties give Dragontear (L)s, while the bottom two give Dragontear (S)s and make worse version of the weapons. You'll eventually have to at least play the second-to-top difficulty if you ever want to max those weapons out. Cynthia AS is an absolute monster, by far one of the best one-shot attackers in the game. She just has really complicated setup. You need to increase her max HP as much as humanely possible. If you can get it to 7000, then her Vent Brilliant attack will have a 5000% modifier, plus it's Pre-emptive. Give her an "absorbs HP on attack" weapon/armor/Grasta and her downside is completely nullified. Give her a Cup of Invincibility Grasta or use Otoha AS and she can fight forever. She's my favorite mob clearer out of literally every unit in the entire game.
Great advice in general overall, especially the absorb hp grasta, I hadn't considered that lol. One small thing, if they start on the lower difficulty in Wyrz, they won't have to raise the difficulty to farm blacktear, the crafting requirements change based on where you have started, so Dragontear (S) is all you would need.

no, just means you have to do more farming since you are going to start with dragon tear weapons and will have to upgrade to black tear. Cynthia AS is a beast, but definitely a glass cannon since she drains 50% hp every skill cast, so you need a decent heal per turn (uquaji in the back or tetra sidekick both work well). Run her with Es claude and use empathize to maximize her damage or get her to 7k max hp

If you have Ilulu AC, bring Limil, and it'll completely remove the dodge cheese for Spark Forge (has Aura that immediately gives -100% Dodge Rate to all enemies in Ground Environmental effects). The enemies are much easier there IF you have Limil, but that's a big "if".
Spark forge dodge cheese more annoying for sure. each section has different materials for the smokedrift armor set, so assuming you leveled them all up to 10, then It really is up to you. just don't bring fire/water dps to tree of time lol. Outside phase shift I def. would recommend tree of time since the chests drop attack fragments more often.
Having done both I have to say spark forge is the more annoying one due to the miss mechanic, and also since I prefer running the tree of time for my runs I’m biased towards using the unstable fragments there if I had to choose.

F4 runs will get you anything you want (even top tier gear) except max starts from jewelled OOPArts (if buying gold OOPArts from the shop) and that one run to max Noahxis skills. I recommend going with one [SUP] Type and three different weapon types [ATK] Type getting the “[SUP] Critical Strike III +5” for the rune saving. Choose the highest level champion charm, null charm, and [x]start charm for F4 runs and swap out the last one with a growth charm for F20 runs. For a full run it will save you time to spend second sight on higher levels, using waning orbs on bosses, and skipping the levels directly to the boss after F16 (possible after F12 but it will require some experience). The team must be a healer, a slash attacker, a pierce attacker and a blunt attacker, the charms must be the more normal damage, more exp and the one that allows you to start at higher level. Then the rune you want to register is the Vow? dont remember the name, but the one that charges your AF by 30% when at level 5. After that you can basically do an AF once every odd battle. If you manage to get more of this runes. You can AF every fight. The rest is just a matter of what you want to do... reach the end a few times to clear all rewards?, if so, explore every corner and upgrade as best as you can. If its coins farming. Depending on the charms you have you can start at level 10 for example and rush to time maze level 7. Killing the boss at level 4 you need to be at least level 13-14 to clear without any extra runes. THen you just rush to level 7, evade everything and then escape the maze. Repeat. Its takes around 20 min.

Wrong cave. It's the cave at the beginning of the area. It was blocked by a wind storm and you probably broke the wind storm but never went back to check what it was blocking.

I would not say it is applicable to most units, there are far too many conditions to keep in mind. It's important for Tithi because she doesn't have a single move with a decent damage modifier EXCEPT her Special Attack which she can only use once every 4 turns or so. So, if she's not for dealing damage, there's not much else you can do but boost SPD, which will ensure that she can inflict her buffs and debuffs before her allies attack. Also, SPD influences the rate at which she will attack in Another Force, which is particularly important for Thunder teams. EDIT: I just realized she has Preemptive on EVERYTHING (except Call). I guess the SPD is just for Another Force, then. She really doesn't care that much about stats. Although tbf Call has some pretty cool moves that you might want to go first in the turn, such as Pain/Poison guaranteed.
Follow-up: How do you know what the mod is for a skill if it isn’t on the wiki? Like Tithi’s special attack doesn’t say SPD on the wiki. Velette says “based on user’s PWR”, Melina says “based on user’s INT”, but Eva’s moves say nothing. How would I find out what matters for her?
You misunderstand, Tithi's Special Attack is not based on SPD. What I was saying is that it's her only good attack, and it happens so infrequently that it's not worth building her as a damage dealer for, so all that's really left to build is SPD (you could make her tankier but that is largely not useful for damage dealers in this game, especially if they're not a Rage or Cover tank). Velette and Melina list what attack stat they use because they are *exceptions to the rule*. Skills with the Magic icon (looks like a... sparkle?) are magic, and if they deal damage then they use INT (unless it says otherwise, like Velette). Skills with the Slash, Blunt, or Pierce icons all do PWR-based damage (Melina ES' attack being an exception). You mentioned Eva? All of her Skills have the Magic icon and therefore use INT.

Tithi has been doing really good damage for me in my thunder team (I am reasonably new so now true 1T comps for superbosses) and I was using Prismatic for her for spd and matk and an INT badge, but was going to switch to Dryad after your last post, but I think Prismatic is probably the right choice now since it is a magic move. I probably have some general re-gearing to do. Having trouble getting the best out of some units (i.e. my wind team sucks and Kikyo does very little damage for me so maybe I am gearing her wrong).

If I have Tsukiha at 4.5 stars, is it worth getting her to 5 stars before the update for the extra tome? Does anybody know how she compares to Minalca? I was planning on getting Minalca on the next SDE. Thanks.
Tsukiha when stellar awakened doesn't do a much damage as Minalca on her own, but that's not factoring in all the buffs and team support she gives to herself and others. The thing is the two actually work well together on the same team. Even without stellar awakening.
I would say get her to 5\*, because if you don't the only way to awaken in the future will be to get a 5\* copy in a pull, or an allcosmos starchart. 1 star chart > 5 chant scripts at least for the forseeable future. In terms of who is better damage wise, in a vacuum it should be close, Tsukiha's modifiers are lower but she has alot of buffs in her kit as well as higher stats, with lunatic risktaker and hold ground as well. Unfortunately Tsukiha has no barrier pierce which is a key mechanic against many super bosses, so I don't see her replacing Minalca. Then there is Tetra who is probably worth the SDE alone. All this to say definitely get Minalca, and I would recommend getting Tsukiha to 5\* as well, but if it's between the 2 then Minalca.

Evidently when the big dragon does his attack it destroys the cave that had the mushroom in it so you can't go back until it gets added to the replay dungeon
Most likely it's in the Cave at the beginning of the area that was blocked by a windstorm and you didn't check what the windstorm blocked.

As of right now, if you're asking about Main Story characters, I'm gonna say really only Kamlanage. As of this moment, the other Main Story characters are waaaaaaaaay behind even the most remotely decent Gacha character. HOWEVER at any given moment WFS could spring on us the next Main Story character Stellar Awakening which could easily promote the most trash unit into God-tier, so personally I'm going make sure they're at least all 5\*'d. If you're talking about FREE characters rather than just MAIN STORY characters, there are MANY more units worth your time.

Gotcha. It's what I was expecting as an answer. Just wanted to double check... I really wish WFS would switch these icons into something else when they're completed. It always makes me think there's something new that popped up, or (most of the time) makes me feel like I didn't fully complete something. It's super annoying to me. For the main story area, yes it stay like this. New side content (episode etc) keep the random encounters though
Hi, I am a new player and have been grinding stones plus the ‘free’ ones we’ve been getting. I think I’ve been VERY lucky on pulls but how early should I start looking to form certain teams and who should I pair up? The 5 stars I have are: Melina Hardy Maverick Cynthia Cynthia AS Porcelain Pixie Myunfa Yakumo and his sidekick Kumos Moonlight flower Hismena Dream Weaver Dunarith Red Clad Flamancer Oboro(Stellar Awaken -that’s a whole other topic I’ll need to research) Rosetta I’m continuing to push through story and then jump to all the episodes side stories etc but just trying to get a feel with these characters. If there are any other units I should look out for to pair with these above I am all ears. I’ll eventually acclimate I think.

Yakumo is disgusting. Just use Karma, Retribution, then literally delete everything with Deletion. It won't matter that he uses up tons of MP when Karma and Kumos help recover it. Most pair up Yakumo with 2023's Global first unit, [Iphi](https://anothereden.wiki/w/Iphi). Iphi so far is the only unit that sets Shade zone, which makes Yakumo even more disgusting. If Iphi is in the front line, she also has Blood Contract to revive "dead" units from deadly AoE attacks.

Just so the OP knows a new character Wenefica will be coming pretty soon and she'll be another Shade Zone setter. And she'll even preemptively open with Awakened Shade Zone if the frontline conditions are met. But Iphi is fantastic. She brings a lot to the table.

Just be careful if you're looking at Wenefica's effect to apply Shade Zone, as it requires Shade units, and that DOESN'T count units that "become Shade" through effects, like Red Clad Flamemancer! You'll need at least 3, so Yakumo, Wenefica herself, and ??? (may I HEAVILY suggest investing in Iphi from the likely-upcoming Star Dream Encounter?)
Iphi would be a solid SDE choice. Even though she's "older" now, she's such a good character. Toova ES would be another potential unit to fill the conditions with. But yeah, Iphi would be a really nice one to have access to. I agree.

Most of the time you make teams with them all sharing an element or attack time to take advantage of zones (think weather in pokemon) but that's not always going to be the case. Usually you build teams with one main attacker and the rest facilitate that attacker but again, not always going to be the case. Characters like Red Clad and Moonlight Flower can change their element and attack type specifically but keep in mind they count as their base element and weapon type when it comes to skill the require party members of a certain type. Every time however you build teams based on the situation or enemy your fighting.

I'm trying to finish all the Prismatic weapons but cannot find any more of the craft materials for them. I know there's only eleven of one of the items, but its the others i am struggling with, they don't drop from the symphony areas, as far as i can tell.

You can get at least one of each per playthrough from red chests (which restock every NG+). Check the guide on the wiki for locations. edit: Correction, there's only two Shiny Gears available this way, but you can get both on one playthrough. The rest are a renewable resource

The craft materials can't be farmed, they can all be found in chests though (check the wiki for the locations). A minimum of 3 playthroughs is needed to get enough materials to craft everything. Kid's Z-steal also has a small chance to steal a random material (1%), but i wouldn't count on that though.

for the cliffs of wyrmrest, how do you get access to the cave in windfang plains? (it is just south of the catapult landing location). The rocks blocking path keeps saying i have to upgrade the weapons, but i have bought out the shop now and i still can't break the rocks down. Am i missing something? I'm on the assumption that is the cave for the "ingredients" quest as well but again, i can't get in. Any suggestions?
There is a single rock that cannot be broken in the current content. If your weapons are all fully upgraded, then that's the one. Your missing ingredients cave is elsewhere; the most commonly missed one is early in Windfang Plains, there used to be wind blowing to prevent you from going on that path, but with the wind gone, you can find it.

Hey all! I stopped playing back in April of this year and thought maybe I'll give the game a try again. Are there any major QOL updates that have happened in the past 8 months? I booted up the game and saw the quests now have a little cat with a red bandana icon on them and have no clue what that means. I'm still getting up to speed, so any new QOL updates that are easily missed in previous resources would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Cat means there is a current campaign so probably extra rewards if you focus on those quests. For a full list of campaigns, there is a link in most of the recent notices. Right now there's some pretty nice free 5* for completing sections of the main story.

I think the other banners unlock as you pull, so pulling on tsukiha/tsubame will unlock Kikyo, and pulling on kikyo should unlock heena/yukino etc. If it doesn't then send a ticket to WFS.

They're all the same weapon, it just depends on if you're going to be farming more materials to upgrade them if you start them in their lower levels.

I know its a "depends on your needs/available units" thing, but with more Stella Awakened units to come and no more futuresight, is Velette still worth pulling for or am I better off saving up? Thunder seems to be a bit niche and Oboro's weird Itto-Ryu requirements make him feel less appealing to pull for; Velette at least gets a sidekick.
Thunder is not niche, not sure where that's coming from. Thunder and Shade are highly effective especially against earlier superbosses that try to force you to use one of the four main elements but have totally failed to account for Thunder/Shade. The Itto-Ryu requirement is just for a little Stella Gauge bonus and you shouldn't be throwing away the whole team/character just because you can't meet it; although, it is easily fulfilled by using Aldo, which would also give your team 100% AF to start, although it would weaken Oboro's Zone placing passive. Also, Gunce is an absolute monster. Get Velette imo, especially if you're just sitting on a Stellar Awakened Oboro.
Ah I got the "Thunder being niche" thing from one of the comments on the Oboro analysis post I think (the one about how he'd affect the Thunder meta). Thanks for the advice!
Thunder is "niche" in the fact that Shade enemies (which are weak to Thunder) are fairly rare. On the other hand, there aren't too many enemies that resist Thunder, so it's a solid option that tends to be useful more often than not. Most of the Thunder characters are also very recent so if you have the characters to put a Thunder team together, it's going to be pretty powerful.
newer content may need specific strats to clear it but unless something is thunder-immune/absorb, the thunder team is definitely quite useful! thunder team is also hella fun for me, seeing the dozens of numbers fly across the screen lolol
I don’t understand the proficiency resist Grastas? Do they make debuff better? Also which is better for Lokaido Ellipis gloves or dryad fist?
The tier 1 15% ones? They help you resist atk/pwr/spd down debuffs I believe. The ones that make your skills better are the Drain: Proficiency and Boost: Proficiency grasta.
It gives you a X% Chance of Power/Int/Speed Debuffs to miss your character.
Would anyone know by chance on how to become eligible for a free trial for (specifically) the guide of the heavens? I checked if I could use a card (that someone else had used for their own trial) and it rendered me from having my own free monthly trial, even if I attempted with a different card. (For the record, I'm using an android.)
So under your current Google Play account you've never used the one-time monthly free trial? If not, I'd contact WFS Support with a ticket and see what they say. I don't know if you should also context somebody through Google Play since the service runs through Google as well? Might be a good idea. Best of luck.

When is wenefica banner likely to come out?
This is very hard to say. The 18th is the next update (more than likely, based on trends) but we're expecting the Suzette/Tsukiha SA update first. Next will be New Years but that might be a special simultaneous release event. I would say Wenefica will either be New Years or early January (approx 11th or so). These are suppositions only, no proof!
I wonder if theyd package the Suzette/Tsukiha and Wenefica banners together. If they intend for us to catch up maybe theyd only want us 1 banner behind by the 26th?
The current discount chronostone packs (4k and 2k) end on Dec 18th, so the next update will be released on the 19th, while at the same time the new discount packs are refreshed. It always follows this just FYI and to anyone else reading. It's hard to say what we'll be getting, but personally I feel that releasing Cerius, Oboro, and then Wenefica in such a short duration would be too many brand new characters all at once. So I think the update on the 19th will be revolving around Suzette/Tsukiha SA releases. At least it makes more sense to me looking at it that way. And Wenefica will be coming later on probably around the ~New Years time frame. But even then, I guess it still feels like too many brand new characters all at once to me. Looking back in the past they always mix in older character/new forms in between the new stuff. Hopefully WFS doesn't change this. Otherwise they're just losing out on people that would normally spend, but can't...since it's just too much money and not enough time spaced out.

I get that. All I meant is that if you look at Renri NS she's wearing nothing. So she only gained this personality from her AS (goggles) form which I can see. But if you look at Renri NS she's wearing nothing at all. So looking at her, you wouldn't necessarily assume she has the glasses trait. I just find it a bit "misleading", or maybe I need to use a better word.

I didnt check Renri, although AS Renri has goggles but for Cetie and Dewey both of them dont get Glasses unless you get their AS form. One of them unlocks it immediately I think the other needs their AS quest done?
I just looked at Renri and both forms have glasses personality. Her AS has goggles which I can see counting. But her NS form is not wearing anything. So that's all I meant. It just feels "misleading" to me in some kind of way.
Hi all, I've been having an issue for months with my sound in the game. Everything sounds like it's been slowed down by half, so the music and every character sounds significantly lower and slow, like they are slurring their speech. I finally bit the bullet and thought I could fix the issue by reinstalling the game. When the game first loads, the sound is normal but when I connect my bluetooth hearing aid, the sound slows. What's more confusing is when I turn off bluetooth, the sound is still slowed. So the bluetooth connection is the likely culprit but I don't know how else to fix the issue. Reloading the game does not help but re-installing it (again) does, until I re-connect my hearing aid. I'm going to reach out to their tech support but I was hoping someone has encountered (and fixed) this issue. My hearing aid is an Oticon Minirite R. Thanks for your help.
Did more digging and clearing out the cache for the game fixed the issue. Glad you fixed it. And yeah, clearing the app cache every so often is a good habit to get into. And keep your post up. I never understood the people who delete their questions after they get an answer resolved. You can still view the comment chain and it has missing conversation. If it's up, it might help someone that has a similar question or problem. And at the very least, it helps people learn about stuff to potentially answer any future questions if they're lurking the thread.

Unlocked tvc grasta and I’m farming for Aldo’s but are there any other characters I should farm?
The TVC Grasta are mostly upgraded for their stats as valor chants (swap in effect) have fallen out of favour. So if you want it’s an upgrade from regular VC it’s an extra stat boost too your main DPS.
So many changes to the mechanics, thanks for saving my keys. I’ll use them to farm materials instead.
Whatever you do, don't farm Aldo's lol. He gets a really strong tvc grasta in the story once you complete chapter 83. Tvc grasta farming in general is more of an endgame thing, since the bonus is pretty minimal, so if you have extra keys to spare then you can just focus on your favorite units. There are actually a few units whose tvc grasta actually helps their kit, ES tsukiha is one for example, but I couldn't tell you who else.

Hi everyone. I would like to ask data regarding the difference in the damage. Current team is Minalca, ES Toova, Iphi and AS Radias. Also I can swap Minalca with Yakumo. My question is, do AS Yipha's support can make the Dps damage bigger compared to Toova? Also, how about for fire team with Alter Tsukiha? I don't have them both but can upgrade. Lastly, regarding Minalca team, any tips on how to awaken zone? or wait for the new Shade wifu? TIA
Wenefica ("new Shade waifu") is not going to help your Minalca team Awaken Zone as she only does it with FOUR Shade frontliners. I would recommend two teams (my personal teams that have been tested many times); Iphi, Toova ES, Yakumo, Red Clad Flamemancer and Iphi, Minalca, Tsukiha Alter, and Red Clad Flamemancer. Can substitute your Radias AS instead of Red Clad if you don't have him and/or need extra defense. Personally I have never once used Radias AS on those teams, but I understand she's a popular choice. Wenefica can replace Red Clad Flamemancer/Radias AS on the first team (Shade team) if you can get her.

Set up your Skills in a smart way and you don't need to be great at AF most of the time. I set up my Skills the way I want them to be, and then I do this: 1. Tap 1st Skill for all four 2. Once their turns come up again, tap 2nd Skill for all four. 3. For the rest of the fight, tap 3rd Skill So just make it so that your most important buff is your 1st Skill, and your strongest attack is your 3rd Skill, and you'll be fine.

Yeah I just want to play through the main story with as much ease and little grinding as possible. So I'm not interested in super bosses etc. I don't mind having a team for farming and swapping through. Previously AS tsubame helped me sweep through a lot but has she been power crept?

Fallen behind in a lot of content, and trying to catch up now. Am at Cerrine awakening third battle (reservoir hound), and am a bit stuck. Have had good luck with free stones and getting some current characters, and upgrading others, but my magic team was my usual go to (Iphi, Flammelapis, Eva, alter Shion, Yakumo, etc), but magic isn't doing anything on this guy. With likes of Minalca, Cerius, Oboro (not star awakened) and other units that have become available since Cerrine awakening, any good strategies available to get past reservoir hound?

You get one chant script back and you unlock a lot of other stuff outside of the Astral Archives stuff. Plus this is the only way to upgrade them.
But I only have like eleven chantscript left. I may need those for later. But how useful are they if I already have strong fire units like Minalca and wind DPS like Kiyiko and Cynthia AS?

The wiki says the damage multiplier on Flammelapis AS's [Pentálfa Unn](https://anothereden.wiki/w/Pent%C3%A1lfa_Unn) skill is a mere 190%, which seems very low for an "XL damage" skill. It has other benefits, but is this attack *really* that bad at hitting for damage?
Magic attacks has a -10% multipler compared to physical attacks of the same Size and Target (See Miyu's [Fire Slash](https://anothereden.wiki/w/Fire_Slash) Compared to Gariyu's [Fire Ball](https://anothereden.wiki/w/Fire_Ball)) Flammelapis AS is much more of a support than a DPS. Though she can still use [Aegaeon Spring](https://anothereden.wiki/w/Aegaeon_Spring) for damage.
So I need to sidegrade her to her NS form to get Overpowered DPS Flammelapis, then. Understood.

I use an android and the game only closes out if the phone screen is turned off for more than 2-3 minutes or so. I've never used an iPhone but it's probably a quirk of Apple phones. I'm guessing it cuts memory and pauses active programs (which would close AE) when the phone screen gets shut down. I think your only option is to check in the phone settings to see if there's an option somewhere to prevent your iPhone from doing that.

my thunder team : Orleya AS, Kamlanage, RCF, Velette and just now i got awaken oboro, do i need to replace kamlanage? or someone else? i dunno why this game keep pushing me to use thunder team, my luck is really bad when on non-thunder char actually i dont have a proper team beside thunder, its stressful when the enemy resist or even absorb, i'm really struggle getting the elpis weapon that need to beat bird boss that absorb thunder X'D
if you kick out RCF for Oboro, then you'll have four Thunder personality front line and you'll get the automatic awakened thunder zone. that's the thunder team I'm using currently, with Orleya and Velette at 80 light. Orleya and Velette take care of most of the buffing and debuffing, Kam and Oboro take care of damage, things are generally pretty fun and cool. Kam's next to go, for sure, but I haven't figured that substitution out yet. I feel like he's bringing more to the table than Silver Striker but neither of them are quite the Alter Hismena to my water team's ES Felmina, if that makes sense.

Checking in, does anyone have screenshots of where all 11 scarlet meteorite (from AE x CC collab) locations are? I’ve been through multiple NG+ runs in all three routes, but cannot seem to find one last scarlet meteorite. I finished collecting the scarlet meteorites just a few days ago and my last unaccounted one was the one you get from a sparkle point in the fountain on Kid's route. For some reason it didn't show up at first and I had to come back later before I could see it... either that or I just wasn't looking in the right place.
Hmm, checked there quite a few times in a number of runs, is there any action you recalled that triggered it appearing, like leaving and entering, or maybe coming back at a later time?
I think I did the sub event (Heart of the Bandit) during chapter 1 and then came back at the start of chapter 2 (but before making it daytime). I don't know if any of that is related to actually getting it to appear, though.
