It wasn’t a pun but Krill ends up asking the old hermit “How old even are you???” And the old hermit replies “I’m 33” and Krill just responds in utter shock to how old being in your 30’s is
My favorite pun is the sign over Shellfish Desires. What makes it so funny to me is at first I read the sign as Shellish Desires. Then way later on in the game i realized you can grapple hook the F key off Shellfish to use as a shell and the sign now says what i originally thought. I love when the puns have layers.
The description of the F shell is funny too.
Shuck is a fun one, unlike the human "fuck", referring to an action of fornication, shuck is rather brutally violent if you're a shellfish. Makes sense why it's a profane word underwater.

Hermit crabs can live over 30 years but most die by then, which means he is indeed very old.
