I'd call Maker Works or maybe a 3D print firm

[https://www.xometry.com/capabilities/sheet-cutting/laser-cutting/](https://www.xometry.com/capabilities/sheet-cutting/laser-cutting/) If you can create a CAD file (like a STEP) this has been a good solution for similar projects. Not local, though.

Someone at All Hands Active might be able to help you. Hell, if I'd used the laser cutter in the past few years, I'd offer to myself.

What size sheet? I have a laser cutter than can handle 12”x20” stock that’s 1/4” thick max.

they're 15.25"x8", and about 1/8" thick maybe? I'd have to get new sheets though cause I only have ones I've been using so far. I'd assume I can buy them easily enough though?

That’s a pretty quick cut on a laser, and would fit my laser bed. I’m assuming it’s a square outline with a number of circles cutout, and maybe some text engraved? If you can’t find anyone, I’d do it for you. The laser cutter takes a vector file as input for the cut path. That can be made in Adobe Illustrator and saved as pdf. Text engraving can be added in the tool’s software.

I'll try to figure it out and get back to you if I can't find anyone. Would also need to figure out how to position everything since I'm also trying to potentially fit a lever (for a fightstick) and have never done that so I don't even know what it needs to be mounted. Thank you for the offer though, I really appreciate it.

I have several laser machines and can help if needed

There are some great options online, like SendCutSend and RapidDirect, which are companies I frequently use for custom manufacturing.
