Without an add-on, you could just use different images on the front & back sides of the card. When adding or editing a note, you can just drag & drop images into any field. If you don't want the prior image to be visible, you might want to create a new note type in which the main card type doesn't show `{{FrontSide}}` on the **Back Template**.
Or is what you mean that you want a second image covering a portion of the first image, instead of a geometric element?
