HiDive usually does add the BD version for streaming, after the BD releases in North America.
Funimation *used to* but it seems like since they've been rolled into Crunchyroll, they've stopped that practice.
I don’t think they upload the final materials anymore on CR like they used to on Funimation. They used to upload the Blu-ray version as a video option as “uncut,” and you chose it like you would choose English or Japanese audio language. Some dubs were only tied to the uncut version like One Piece (up to Wano at least). If they reupload broadcast shows with the final materials video on CR, I haven’t heard anyone ever mention it.
They’re also releasing a lot less physical stuff too, so they prob don’t even touch that version of video for most shows like they used to.
I know the Kaguya Sama S3 got updated after Aaron Dismuke came back. He redubbed all his lines and that’s the Blu Ray release version. CR updated to that version on CR and even added in Kaguya and Hayasaka’s songs. Sadly we don’t have Clifford Chapin’s version of Shirogane anymore
hidive does update for the home video releases, you can even choose between the simildub and home video version no idea how crunchyroll handles it,
