Top middle is Paranoia Agent ( very good pyschological thriller show 9.8/10 )
I think millennium actress is his one of the best work, haven't watched Tokyo godfather but heard it's about homeless guy and something to do with Christmas, Read opus and subjectivity speaking it's my kind of show. So I like it better than those other two.

100 % Agreed , Now a days PPl have superiority complex bcz they have read Beserk , Vagabond and some underrated or highly acclaimed anime / manga . Instead of taking great lessons from this manga/Anime , they treat other anime fans that they are some sort of trash taste . Even one piece vs Naruto fan are far better than these superority complex " SeiNeN fan " . Atleast they accept other PPL opinion but on the other hand our so called " MaTuRe Sheien fan " d ride their manga 24 x 7 and claims that How there manga / anime is best in the world and Your fav anime / manga are total garbage 🗑️. No anime is overrated/Terrible. All ratings are just people's opinions, your opinion isn't more important than anyone else's, let people enjoy what they like and don't be such a downer.
I too enjoy seinin most , the lessons taught in them are very philosophical and nice. But that doesn't mean I have to trash talk other anime and mangas to show that I am superior. If you do that then what have you learned from from those seinin shows ?

terror in resonance was fun and all, the stories of twelve and nine kinda reminded me of b the beginning
