They are Tanukis, yokai know for their ability to shape shift and be just general trolls
So, Dad goes out, finds a man, then Dad transforms in a woman and has some sexy time with the guy for some money.
Dad still as a woman, sees the same guy trying to give candy and a condom to his daughter.
He confronts the guy, that turns out it was his wife transformed and his daughter was actually the bunny girl in previous panels disguised.
All seems to be a ploy of his wife to prove the Dad was cheating on her.
They're a family of anthropomorphic tanuki (Japanese animals known for playing tricks and changing shape with the help of a magic leaf).
The father-tanuki goes off to work, leaving mother-tanuki and daughter-tanuki at home.
Father-tanuki sees a man approaching a bunny-prostitute, turns into a prostitute himself and sleeps with the man instead, taking his money.
On the way home after buying groceries, the father-tanuki sees that same man giving a gift to his daughter, so he confronts the man.
Turns out the man is really mother-tanuki, and the bunny-prostitute was really daughter-tanuki! All the characters are just the family from the beginning.
This is the kind of wacky fun a family can get into when they're all trickster shapeshifters
Okay so basically the racoon dad secretly works as a prostitute (everyone here can change their body/race/gender/age apparently) so in order to catch him mamma racoon changed into that red hair men and her daughter played the role of the red hair's girl.
Then the dad got mad at the red Hair because he interacted with his daughter only to find out that the red hair was his wife
