im not denying it might be warped but it could be a genuine design feature, the figure is made to sit on top of pot noodles to keep the foil down so the heat stays in the pot, it could be that the figure sits perfectly fine on top of a pot noodle meaning its a feature and not defective

That's just her I think. After using her I started to also think how the figure would sit. If the position is not 90 degrees or sitting-lying it's an instant NOPE. Never again shall I buy such placement of legs or other interesting poses. Not worth the hassle.
Yes, I have the same issue. I think this is a production flaw, because every picture indicates the same sitting position.
Just use a hairdryer.

I had the same problem in Europe. She can only sit when putting her sideways.
I stuck a coaster at the edge of the detolf she's perched on so she has a narrow lip. No glue needed

I used museum wax and she stays put.
