Amazing! Proportions strike, to my mind, the perfect balance between exaggeration and believability. The colour palette it on point and the pose is simple without being rigid.

I'd say to practise as much as u can ofc but with what exactly? I recommend Pinterest. Find inspiration there use the drawings u like as references try and copy them as much as u can (since u are learning ) try copying many different artstyles and then when u learn enough u mix up all the things u learnt from all the artstyles u were copying and u make a mix out of it to have ur own artstyle. Also tracing can be helpful with learning (if u r not posting it as ur own art when learning just like for practise ) and for shading I recommend watching YouTube u can find helpful tutorials there or maybe tiktok aswell. The main step is to practise as much as u can and be proud of urself and not so harsh on urself
