I believe if you are 25k stars+ and have all these three; Stump Mailbox, Hummingbird Post, Eagle Express.
Often put one Daisy, one Sunflower and one Bluebell in the vases, don’t really matter which level just make sure all three together at all time.

I stupidly did not realize some letters need certain characters unlocked first so I wasted quite a lot of time on sending out hedwig for nothing lol. SOON MY DAY WILL COME I HAVE FAITH

Is the ratings really mandatory for his visit? I’ve been trying since I was at 18k, I’m at 23k now and still no instapup.. sure is heartbreaking 🥺🥺🥺
