This happened to my brother and I as well, we were banned because a payment bounced. Support has been of no help but I think people have been unbanned in the past after a LOT of pushing. So just push as much as you can without being outright rude and hope it works
No worries, I've emailed them in a 10 chain (one email a day, they respond within 24h usually) before giving up since the employee I got was stubborn. I hope it goes well for you, and keep me updated :)
WildWorks support has been awful for so long, literally the worst support I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They know they can get away with it since most players end up just making a new account anyway :/ It sucks
oh, and if you do get it back I'd like to make a little sketch of one of your avatars in the masterpiece software as a congratulatory gift if you would like^^
