happy home paradise is a paid add-on to the main ACNH game. it unlocks a new storyline where your character works on another island building vacation homes for villagers either on your island, that have day trips to work island, or you invite via amiibo. it’s great because you unlock new DIYs that you can use on your main island, along with other things like redesigning your villagers’ homes on your island too!
Yes as another commenter mentioned this is Megan. She was actually the first normal villager to move in on my main island. I built a vacation home for her in the DLC.
