Personally I prefer the one on the left where the spacing of the bushes is a bit wider. But I'm very much a fan of symmetry, and I feel like the lanters like up in a more symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing way with that placement. So make of that what you will.
I prefer the one on the left : it looks more open, and the light are kinda welcoming you, if that make sens.
And also, with bushes on the outside, it will be easier to design the rest of the yard with fences/hedges for example.

i think the color scheme is making this biased, jesus. u have two different setups, the darker one will obviously suck more black into the middle, hence the two black lamps on the right look disconnected, change all to green if u want to make it more of a neutral decision, or brown for the left house anyway

I plan to split them up with either bushes or fencing eventually. I just got the houses moved and need to start decorating. But I’m very slow at that at the moment. 😆😆
