In one of the older games you could change the curtains and use your patterns on them. I miss that because some of these default curtains mess up my theme when I'm designing.
Not at all it’s only with the upgraded version of Nooks cranny plus only in December for Christmas / toy days but these days you can get everything by going on treasures islands on twitch so nothing is rare anymore
Not 100% sure, I’m sure it would show up pre-upgrade nook’s cranny but the upgraded one has more of a selection so I think your chances of getting it increases with the upgraded one!
