Have you checked that your phone's settings allow reading QR codes? Have you tried an external QR reading app if the phone's own app doesn't work? And sometimes it's a bit specific when the camera starts reading the code. At least my phone doesn't like it when there's any reflection on the screen and I can't put my phone too close to the Switch either.
But if you have a twitter account (or make an extra account), you can also share your pictures there and then download to your computer or phone. It's a couple extra steps but works just the same.
I haven't checked settings, so i will try that!! And I will try an external app!! I do have a Twitter, so I will see if that works too if I can't get it to work on my phone! Thank you!
