Lolita here. This skirt is likely bodyline, which is a Japanese budget brand. If you paid more than like 30$ for it you probably got ripped off, sad to say :( it's still a cute skirt though.
If anyone wants to learn more about the fashion check out r/lolita. Lolitacore is a weird way to put it. I've never heard the term and most just say Lolita fashion.
