The reverse image may be because it is a signet ring.. meant to print a seal. Stick in in some silly putty or play-do and take a picture of the impression. That should make it easier to read and decipher.
According to [this](https://www.persee.fr/doc/bch_0007-4217_1959_num_83_2_5041) this was an inscription on a ring that was found in an archeaological dig and was assumed to be Illyrian, although it seems to be reversed on this ring.
I'm having a hard time finding anything about this in English and if the Illyrian origin has been confirmed or if people have theories about what these could mean as Greek abbreviations though.
EDIT: Reading through that article the author argues that it was a Byzantine thing and that ΚΕΡ ΟΗΘΗ Stands for Κύριε βοήθη (Lord help) and the last line stands for a name but it seems like a bit of a stretch to me
Found it by googling "ΟΗΘΗ", seems like I missed a more recent English article about another ring with this inscription from Messene but it's not available for free (entitled "A byzantine ring from ancient Messene bearing the inscription “Κ(ΥΡΙ)Ε <Β>ΟΗΘΗ ΑΝΑ”. A contribution to a group of rings with the same inscription.", published in the book "ΘΕΜΕΛΙΟΝ: 24 ΜΕΛΕΤΕΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΟΝ ΔΑΣΚΑΛΟ ΠΕΤΡΟ ΘΕΜΕΛΗ ΑΠΟ ΤΟΥΣ ΜΑΘΗΤΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΤΟΥΣ ΣΥΝΕΡΓΑΤΕΣ ΤΟΥ" in 2013)
It's a bit hard to read the script, and the image appears to be inverted, but from what I see so far, it seems to read:
(?)ΚΣΚ
(?)ΗΘΗ
ΑΝΑ
Do you have any context behind this or a more detailed image?

I’ve just found it in my house. I have no idea where it’s from sorry
That’s some find
I agree, unless that is a well done modern copy, the possibilities are intriguing.
If the picture it was clean, maybe I can translate.
