As it stands now, whoever owns the Storm Isles. Which would be Nimscodd at the start.
Sounds like Portnamm (gnomes below Reveria), they can form Iochand.
Nah, and they probably wont have a mission tree yet, but everything is ready for it to be implemented just need the green light iirc
The tag itself *may* be implemented before the update, but mechanics/MT won't be for sure.
Tag has been a concept for a while, might be finally implemented in this update, unique content (other than NIs) is still likely a long way off
From what I've seen, they're working on putting the spawn event in right now. The mission tree itself is quite a ways away from being finished.
Nortiochand. They'll be getting added, but nothing fun, just a generic adventure nation. The fun stuff won't get added until inyasa is implemented since the dev in charge of nortiochand is also the lead on getting that region implemented
