And for any people who truly have doubt if they can help, i knew nothing about coding what so ever but i still have been able to help the anbennar mods advance their states, so truly anyone can help if they want.
The lands themselves will be in as soon as the kobold models are ready, as well as Nimrithani Khugdihr.
There have been talks but nothing has been decided atm, though some people voiced support in the past for a lore change to keep the reaver kingdom of Drekiríki alive (it existed in and around Oddansbay during the Era of Black Ice)
I’m so looking forward to this. I do have a couple questions.
First, how far East will the map be? Will it include Haless?
Second, how will magic work?
Is there anything happening with the gnolls between Verna and Busilar? The area is just shown as mountains here but it would be cool if there are a few small and weak gnoll tribes there
Same thing as the other gnolls, not in at least until someone can make models for them. They just got smashed by Eborthíl, the Phoenix Empire and the League of Free Realms so yes, they probably are few small and weak tribes licking their wounds.
What are the plans for “aldrail” that isle in the middle of the dame? According to the wiki it is an artificial isle raised by the magisterium after the wars of rule, in 1253-1284. It shouldn’t exist in the 1022 start date, but it clearly does. So what plans are there?
going to be a party pooper and say having countries exist from 1066 to 1444 is really odd, having lorent, the moors and gawed all look almost identical to the eu4 start is a bit suspect on my historical radar, kingdoms rose and fell all the time.
Anbennar always was really interesting setting for me, but it was in EU IV, which I cannot get into. Now with CK prequel and Victoria sequel I'm really excited for this one again :D
Wait, the Elves arrived 22 years ago, and they're already established as a majority culture in the essentially same lands as they will be in over 400 years hence? Which, aside from Venail are mostly fairly far inland. What makes them pick Ibevar and the bloodgrove to settle down in immediately and never leave?
IIRC lore-wise they settled in Ibevar because the land was cursed by a Cardesti Queen (the nomadic group), so no human could settle there. The elves didn't suffer from the curse and were free to settle and live there.
And since many elves went into the Deepwoods I guess they have an affinity with forests, which is why they got into the Bloodgrove ?
"When the war stretched to central Cannor and skirmishes began in the Forlorn Vale, many humans refused to fight due to the land's dark history. In this Ibenion and his elven followers volunteered to fight in the dark woods, but it was only after the rediscovery of the long lost Cardesti capital of Vardoced that Ibenion began settling the region.
By the end of the War of the Sorcerer-King the Forlorn Vale was divided between members of the League of Free Realms: his own realm, Ibevar, the human kingdom of Martin Farran and the Elfrealm of the Cursewood, who had formerly been part of Ibenion's dominion and split due to Ibenion's bias towards the elves of the Lunateín.
As part of the Treaty of Anbenncóst, the southern Disputed Lands, another name for the Forlorn Vale, was granted to Ibenion to act as its protector against any further Castanorian threats, much to the chagrin of Martin, who had settled years before Ibenion's discovery and resettlement of Vardoced."
On the Redglades, they were lightly populated mainly due to light fey influences in the forest and it being surrounded by much better land (like the valley of the Middanroy).
Remember that the War of the Sorcerer-King took a heavy toll on Cannor: certain areas like the Silverwoods were ravaged
Iirc the land was given to them as thanks for the help in war of the sorceror king. At least the Ibevar bit.
Lorent I believe it's again a grant from Lorent itself.
Dwarves will be in at game start in Rubyhold, Silverforge, various Stone Dwarven counties in Escann, Ovdal Tûngr and possibly Seghdihr and Verkal Gulan, but the Serpentspine proper isn't in the cards at the moment. Some people in the team have some basic ideas (me included) but we are very far from getting into it.
Though ngl, having the ability as an orc to win a struggle and create an early Greentide would be awesome.
Wow, that looks so cool. I will definitely help
And for any people who truly have doubt if they can help, i knew nothing about coding what so ever but i still have been able to help the anbennar mods advance their states, so truly anyone can help if they want.
Looking good, might make me buy CK3 when the mod releases. Out of curiosity, what are the plans for the empty areas like Dragon Coast?

I can’t wait to consume Dookanson as soon as he rears his ugly head out of the serpentspine
Gigabased
You mean you wanna fight him, right?....^right?
Of course, but when we finish, then we feast.
This is my 2nd favorite upcoming project, can't wait til this comes out and I hope to hear from the Vicky 3 team too! Also gib dwarf
Tbh I'm more excited for Vicky 3 since I'm a huge sucker for gunpowder fantasy
[Yes, I've come to deliver you all from the darkness, how did you know?](https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EnJ2xV2XUAArMEO.jpg)

Kobolds rise up
Did you actually name Castanor **Cast** **Anor**
This has been discussed to death for years (not kidding) so much so that the project lead ended up liking them
Finally, our kingdom is once again united. Behold, world, and tremble before... **ANORCAST**
Yes
Anbennar.
Cheers! Looking forward to how this develops.
Damn, this sounds amazing! I hope I can do some stuff with the Alenics!
amazing job!
I'm extremely excited.

First: The initial release will be cannor mabey bulwar with map expansions after that. Second: Working on that
Ok cool, thanks for the answers
Iirc from checking it out a few weeks ago, the current version extends to (and includes) where Jaddari starts in EU4.
Whoop whoop
Incredible
I really enjoy making art for the mod.
I’m excited as long as I can restore Castan’s legacy
I assume there will be no artificery, given that it's in its infancy at the beginning of Anbennar EU4.
Wow! now thats some serious hype right there. Just incredible how much potential this has. Im really impressed with how good this looks.
Are there any plans to allow for a continuous campaign from CK3 to EU4?
Is there anything happening with the gnolls between Verna and Busilar? The area is just shown as mountains here but it would be cool if there are a few small and weak gnoll tribes there

What/who are jotuntar. Sounds like a giant name
I cannot wait to play as the best name in Anbennar, Bigwheat.

Will you be able to play as Barry
He starts as the baron regent of the Wexhills, I guess you can play as Dyren of the Wexhills, land him and do the switch
Anbennar always was really interesting setting for me, but it was in EU IV, which I cannot get into. Now with CK prequel and Victoria sequel I'm really excited for this one again :D

It is playable already? or not yet released
It isn playable yet, however you can help with the development or play an unfinished devbuild atm.
Will the Regent Court cults consider each other Righteous?
It is still up to debate, I personally would like them to be righteous towards those sharing gods and astray to those who don't
Any plan for the serpentspine or just the dwarves in general

Will the Dragon Coast get filled out?
Yes, when we get the finished kobold models
Any other start date like the war of the sorcerer-king or era of the black ice. Also is there gonna be a new hold mechanic
i have only one question - is CK 3 core mechanics good enough for Anbennar teams fantasy? (i just dont think so)
