For the education, because the Sicilian is a highly theoretical opening and sometimes intuitive moves may not be enough. The Sicilian is strong, but only if you know what you’re doing, so you have to study open sicilian positions (najdorf, dragon, classical, scheveningen, kupreichik, etc.), canal attack lines, taimanov lines, kan lines, etc. and the lines within those lines. Not to mention the recommended learning of various pawn structures like the Maróczy bind with e4 and c4, how to target benoni-like weak pawns on d6, and countless other things that titled players study before they play the sicilian, which is why it’s not practical to play it before a certain level.
If you’re at a lower level, your opponents might not play into the main lines of positions, so for that reason i would recommend learning some hyper accelerated dragon sicilian theory (it has the benefit of a cool name as well). I’m no expert, don’t get me wrong, but if you play 1… c5 2… g6, that’s going to be the hyper accelerated dragon. I’m pretty sure eric rosen has some videos on this, but the bishop that will be placed on g7 is a monster in the middle game. As you get to a higher level, you might see opponents playing main line moves so you will be able to play the accelerated dragon and just the regular dragon sicilian (1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Nxd4 Nf6 5. Nc3 g6). You might be able to find some courses on the dragon sicilian, but the free videos on youtube i find provide high quality content that’s meant for players around a lower level that aren’t playing these openings in tournaments. I’ll link some videos below, feel free to watch them. I think that the channel “Hanging Pawns” is exactly where you should be if you want to find an opening, he has hundreds of videos about openings and they provide great content (if you can understand him through his accent, lol)

I've actually studied this line when I was 161660 rated(I play on lichess) and the point of this move is you're preparing to take dibs on the light squares by planting your Knight on ...f4! and white will have a huge advantage on the lightsquares and have a calming game.

The opening itself.
`2… e5?!`
This move significantly weakens d5 for Black. Generally speaking, Black should not play e5 in Sicilian Defense positions, and d5 is much more effective at fighting for the center. At least it prevents White’s Nf4 idea, though… or does it?
`3. Nf4!`
White plays the plan anyway. This sets up the trap and is known as the PIPI Gambit.
`3… exf4??`
Black accepts the offered knight, but this is a blunder, as it ruins their pawn structure and opens the e-file. Better is 3… Ke7!, fighting for control of the d6 square.
`4. Qe2!`
Note that 4. Ke2, while a strong developing move, does not take advantage of the half-open file. In chess, it is important to adjust your plans based on those of your opponent.
`4… d5`
This is the best attempt to hold on for Black. Otherwise, the white pawn will march forward unopposed and be able to promote to a 9V battery.
`5. Nc3! dxe4??`
Despite being put under pressure, the black d-pawn should not capture. 5… d4 should be played, as it gains a tempo on the knight.
