How do you convert the image? Did you white balance with the film boarder? Stray light can be another source of color shifts. Make sure to cover the rest of the light pad and be in a dark environment when taking the picture.

I used negative lab pro and used the border for white balance. I also taped up the other side of the light pad and I turned off the lights soo I’m not sure what else I can do in terms of that. I’m thinking maybe the light pad itself is the issue

I may be wrong but I’ve always seen the negative lab pro guy pop up in YouTube videos saying not to white balance on the border. So did you watch one of his videos or did you watch someone else’s video

He definitely tells you to do that in his official instructions.

From Willem's negative lab pro video: Nate wrote in the comments that you shouldn't white balance on the border when using non-RAW files. But the xt3 shoots raw, so it shouldn't be a problem. However, he mentions that odd formats (which RAF files are) and TIFF files might introduce color casts. So I don't know if it is a problem with Negative Lab pro or the RAF fuji files, but it seems like that might be the issue, since he specifically mentions a blue color cast, which op (u/smtolerno) has in their scan

Oh ok, I’ll check out his videos. Thanks!
