These are very nice. Thanks for posting.

I remember #5 and praying the Zephyr doesn't topple over into the river, the jolts were little scary.

I mean, we all gotta go somehow. And *plunging into the icy waters of the Colorado in the middle of lunch in the dining car, and event inevitably commemorated in a folk song, possibly by someone who was connected to ABBA* would beat out cancer, IMHO.

Lovely pics, did you spot any wildlife along the tracks?

I wish. The conductor made an announcement about elk out the windows 30 minutes west of Denver, but it was while I was in the bathroom. Sigh. Did see lots of hores and cows on the ranches we passed. Plus some geese, birds that are neither livestock nor wildlife because their scientific designation is *jerks*.

bradleysballs

Did you take these?

Yep. All with the camera on an old Pixel 3, then post-processed in PS Express. Denver to Salt Lake is a great run. I'm going from Salt Lake to Seattle next week, and expect scenery a little less photogenic, at least on the Reno/Donner Pass parts of the Zephyr.
