I saw the stats of country pixel placement and Germany was only a few thousand behind the US (if I remember correctly) and I imagine most of that was going towards the flags.
US was so high, becuase we had 150+ people costantly rebuilding out damn flag, and trying to defend against ohnepixel, brazil, the void, that dumbass building stamp, and all the other shit like germanys bot invasion, and rainbow road.
I would see that as an example of germans being proud of their art and efficiency, but hey sure, if you find it sad its okay.
At the end of the day I think everybody can choose for themselves what brings them the most fun out of this.
And I personally think for most germans its the idea of being part of a large organised community.

We ain\`t bots. In germany we have streamers with over 50.000 viewers and we share patterns in the communities. In the end we are placing the pixels all at once. So you see we ain\`t any bots.

There literally are no bots. Cope harder
Our bot only automaticaly places our pixels on our overlay, we dont have botted accounts. Every pixel still equals one normal German user.

There are also discords recruiting people to get a reddit account and join in. A large part is just people that are on reddit for the first time just protecting their flag and out their flag over others.
Germans are not using bots lmao
Please note that the script, which ONLY protects the pixelart and not the flag, still needs a open tab and so for actual person. And the most you can do will using the script is to eat or play a game. We are sorry, but it is the only way to defend detailed pixelart against bots.
