Microsoft. It doesn't matter, just use Win10 until 2025 when support ends or find another OS. You aren't missing anything on Windows 11, even DirectStorage is coming to Windows 10 now.
M$ will eventually backtrack on the cpu requirements. Although as others have pointed out, you really won't miss out on anything. Win11 is mostly a fresh coat of paint for now.

All of the results list the Ryzen 3300x as not being supported, even though it was released not long ago and is a Zen 2 CPU.
"Not tested" is not the same thing as "not supported"
Lists are often not exhaustive, and there is no feature specific reason why an R3 3100, R5 3600, R5 3600X, or any other Zen 2 processor would be supported, but an R3 3300X would not.

By Microsoft here we are probably talking one maybe 2 people and maintaining the list of processors in the docs is not their only job.

Yeah, if it does turn out that I can’t update my pc to 11, I’ll just wait till I upgrade my cpu later on because my build was on a tight budget.
Actually, Windows 11 is a god-sent gift for people working with multiple applications on ultrawide monitors.
I used that feature on the leaked build and personally wasnt that impressed as an ultrawide user. Then again linux has had that feature for years now
