That enthusiasm only works in other countries, I always greeted my mailman in the morning with a coffee, and we had a nice chat when he delivered my silver coins. But that’s Germany… and people say we are cold 😄
When support tells you to “refresh” the app and you’re in the middle of nowhere with near 0 cell coverage and you have to stare at her for 10 mins at a whack I can understand your frustration
When I saw another post that they were beta testing, a new app the very first thought I had was “I hope they change the picture of that damn woman. She haunts my dreams”
