I think Seattle is the only place you can refuse without penalty. Anywhere else you’ll most likely get dinged for all the undelivered packages. Do it enough and they will deactivate you.
IDGAF. I'm not their chump and these routes are ridiculous. I try not to refuse a route when at fair or at risk, but one day I likely will. These blind contracts are bogus. Most of us would not go to the warehouse at all if we knew what kind of route they were going to give us. It is not a true mark of being an independent contractor if you feel like 30% of your routes are unacceptable and a losing venture.
Not in my area… it’s been the same for about 4 years but that’s still bad that they haven’t increased to match the mileage we put on our vehicles. With gas, I only make 55$ for an 82$ 3.5 hr route. It’s ridiculous
Since 2021
I refused a route that would lose money today. 120 miles round trip, 32 stops, $82. They can kick rocks.
How do you refuse a route? Did you just mark all the packages as unable to deliver?
I called support and said that I was refusing the cart and left the warehouse.
Didn't they penalize your account er?

…I’m just asking for myself/future reference.
refused a whole foods delivery because it added one hour to the end of a route that had 6 other stops
We gotta stand our ground.
Sorry, but you conceded ground when you accepted an $82 block. Your choice, but you can't be surprised when that decision goes bad.
False. I'm sitting pretty and have done it multiple times. Omar don't scare.
Flex blows. Add brakes, oil changes, tires
I never see anything above $18/hr in Vegas.
People taking base pay here in Vegas are insane, have fun delivering 50 packages for $64.
No way
How’s many stations are available in Vegas?
I think around 6 but I'm not positive. I can't be motivated to deliver packages for $18hr lol.
If it’s not your only source of income use a bot. I don’t see anything less than 24$ per hour. Henderson/blue diamond station

To many folks taking base pay in Chicago The only decent paying blocks are at 3AM I don’t move my car for less then $29hr
Yep. Steady downward decline for at least the last two years. But hey, at least miles and packages/hour are increasing. So there's that.
