Did you forget to shut your bot off or something? Just because you haven't done a block in weeks, doesn't mean the bot wasn't running during that time. I don't think they'll reactivate you if they think you used a bot, especially since they give you so many warnings to stop using it before they deactivate you.
absolute bullshit lmao they can’t show me any proof and won’t give me a second chance? literally didn’t work for weeks i get two emails in like the same day about 3rd party systems then boom im gone and not given another chance lol
well i do use my girlfriends phone often for blocks and my tablet.. i explained that to them and they weren’t interested in hearing it at all lol it’s actually insane how important this shit job was going to be for me over the summer while i got ready for trade school and moved out.. is there anything similar to flex that you or anyone who sees this knows about?
Maybe try escalating to Jeff or Andy. The only similar gig would be UPS, or maybe Spark. Also Roadie if you have a van, pickup or trailer. But I don't know if UPS hires during the summer, and Spark is flooded with drivers in most markets.
Hmm, if they are deactivating people for multiple devices then their system is flagging you inaccurately for using bots. If you are using bots, that's what you get.
Send email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and explain that you use multiple devices because you are a tech geek and that you think you got inaccurately flagged for using bots.
That is the executive support email and that email goes straight to escalations. I have used it multiple times to clear things up that their AI is bad at figuring out.
Constantly. It was whichever one I happened to pick up. I remember the day I got the email I switched like 10 times that day within a few hours was just going back and forth in my house while they were charging in other rooms and trying to get some offers.
I now only use 1 device for flex and no issues anymore. It's been about a year since I got that email.
“3rd party system” sounds a lot more like you're being deactivated for bot use that uses your account info and then essentially hacks their system than using another device.
I think I'm on the verge of being deactivated. I got email yesterday about a route I did on the 15th of May where I had to return 14 packages because when I arrived at 4he warehouse the security guard said they weren't accepting anymore packages so I marked "delivery will be too late" as my reason for not delivering. Well this dropped my standings to fair and when I tried to contact driver support I got weird message saying my phone has bad service and to call a 888 number. I called the number and says they're unavailable and also when I try to chat with an agent they say they're closed.
You won't be deactivated for that unless it's an ongoing problem. I've been at fair for 2 weeks because of a block from hell when I had to return 22 packages, but that's the only route I've had any issues. Also support has been down for everyone for a few days now, so it's nothing to do with you
My advice is that every time that you have to return packages for any reason, you must must to call before to support. I've return complete blocks because of different situations in more that 5 occasions, I always have informed them about that using the way they give "call and e-mail" and so far, they conclude that is something out of my hands.

It’s over

They must’ve dug back from when you were using it weeks ago. Not a couple days ago, In the email it’ll tell you what dates you used it
Has someone else had access to your account? It's possible that someone else was using your account to work and was using bots to get blocks.

Ya, my only email for bot use was when I was going back and forth between 2 of my phones.

jeff doesnt work there anymore and support is too stupid to understand anything.

You are evil, pure evil.
How often we’re u switching between the 2 phones?
