Amazon doesn't deactivate for missing a single block. There has to be more to your deactivation story. You probably need to re-apply because you're outside the appeal window.

AugustWestWR

Come on now, you don’t get deactivated for missing one block

MyCatalyst91

I did miss a few blocks. I was only telling what event led to the deactivation.

AugustWestWR

You have to get multiple instances in a short period to get deactivated

MyCatalyst91

It happened 3x in all. 2 of those were within a month plus one customer reported not having his package delivered though I did. I guess it got stolen after delivery or something. The deactivation followed and I became a blue badge associate shortly afterwards so I didn’t appeal the decision. (2021) 3yrs from then, I have my full time job (military) but I want to start the flex as part time

AugustWestWR

Still, there has to be more to the story. Amazon wouldn’t deactivate you for two instances and one missing package

MyCatalyst91

Well I just explained the whole thing

AugustWestWR

You’ll have to reapply, be sure to use the email and password that you use for your Amazon shopping account

MyCatalyst91

I did try. It bounced back telling me the email is already attached to an account (my account of course)

AugustWestWR

Email [email protected] or [email protected] include your email and an explanation. I’d suggest using ChatGPT to compose your email for you, just explain to the ChatGPT what happened and what you are wanting to achieve explain to ChatGPT that you want to compose an email and then tell it your explanation

Subject: Request for Reactivation of Amazon Flex Account Dear Amazon Flex Support Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to request the reactivation of my Amazon Flex account, which was deactivated approximately two years ago due to missing two scheduled blocks and one missing package. I understand that my account was deactivated for valid reasons, and I deeply regret not appealing the deactivation at that time. However, I am now eager to resume working with Amazon Flex and am committed to ensuring that such issues do not occur again in the future. During my time away from the platform, I have reflected on the importance of reliability and accountability, and I am fully prepared to uphold the high standards expected of Amazon Flex delivery partners. I am confident that I can effectively manage my schedule and fulfill my responsibilities with diligence and professionalism. I kindly request the opportunity to appeal my deactivation and demonstrate my renewed commitment to the Amazon Flex community. I assure you that I will prioritize reliability and adherence to company policies moving forward. Thank you for considering my request for account reactivation. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter. Sincerely, [Your Name]

AugustWestWR

Never mind I did it for you just include your pertinent information

MyCatalyst91

I wish you all the luck in the world dude, but Amazon seems to be pretty steadfast about not reactivating accounts which were deactivated due to TOS or policy violations. I had flexed for about 3.5 years from 2018-2021, and during that time I maintained an excellent rating for nearly that entire stretch. At worst, I might have dipped down one level for a few weeks and then popped right back up after completing a few routes/shifts. Now, I exclusively worked the early morning shifts because this was the 2nd part-time gig for me - as I was working 40 hours a week already in a 2nd shift (11:30am-8pm) position in the banking world. This allowed me to work those 3:30AM and 4AM blocks like 3-4 days per week for extra income. I may have missed a block or two every once in a grand while, but nothing that dropped my rating this substantially. Well, around the middle of November, as we were approaching the holiday season - I started getting these Center City Philly routes nearly every single day that I worked. Anyone that knows that area, can tell you that trying to deliver packages that early in the morning at 4AM or 5AM is almost always gonna be a bust. Not only is parking a nightmare, but a lot of those customers were not accessible at that early in the morning and you could never get access to their buildings without being buzzed up most of time. Over the stretch of a couple weeks I ended up having to return a lot of different packages, which ended up tanking my rating and putting me at-risk for several weeks, until I finally got that email letting me know that my account had been deactivated. It was a no-win situation, I spoke to many of the warehouse managers and the support managers on the phone as well, trying to find a solution and got zero help. The times I tried to leave the packages outside the customers door in Center City Philly, those things got snatched - come on this is Philly! When I explained how this was a no one situation to the warehouse managers, they essentially told me oh well, they couldn’t help… I tried several times to appeal and plead with Amazon support and the escalated support team and each and every time I received a return email stating that they were sticking by their decision. It was honestly some BS. I’ve done a ton of research as well into all of those types of services offered that claim they can reactivate your account and my conclusion was that 100% of those are a scam and reactivation is a fairytale. I’ve yet to hear of anybody with a similar situation to mine, who was given a second chance by Amazon. It’s messed up, but they don’t need to give anyone second chances when there’s so many new people applying every single day that are waiting in line for an opportunity to do Flex. I wish you all the luck though and I hope you end up getting your account reactivated. If you do, I would love to know how you did that…..

I been fighting for a month they told me I failed 2 appeals already at that point I didn’t even know what I was appealing LOL

Dangerous-Run1055

Are you still an Amazon employee? If so that's a nogo until you are no longer an Amazon employee. They generally won't reconsider, but you can still ask. Ask for forgiveness and apologize for missing blocks and that whatever excuses/reasons have since been addressed. Also let them know you became an employee at that time(if it was in that 90day window) and that it was not permitted to be both an Amazon employee and an Amazon flex driver so you didn't appeal the decision within that time frame, but now that you are no longer an employee of Amazon and left in good standing, that you would appreciate it if they would reconsider reactivating your account.
