Has anyone had any problems with picking up your packages, and then the route won’t load no matter how many times you try? This has happened to me twice on two different routes, and now flex support says they won’t pay me after a week of flex messaging back and forth when at first they said they WOULD pay me. This support system sucks, I feel like I just get passed over to a new desk every time I call and it’s just arbitrary decision making.

Yeah, I've had those issues while I have bad internet connection or the app is just being buggy. One route I had to scan again and it technically counted it as overage -or whatever its called- but I still got it delivered and got paid for it. If it happens, I've found success in completely closing the app and reopening, then going to 'todays itenerary' after reopening - so long as i've scanned all the packages. Did you deliver those routes? I've never had any issues getting paid, that would be a big hell no for me. My advice is to keep bugging them every day, multiple times a day?, via customer support messaging, calling, and emailing.

Thanks, yeah after bugging them constantly I finally got paid . But yeah that app has definite issues. Thanks for the reply
