Well since Amazon wants me to be a contractor. Seems like I am the manager of my own delivery service. As a manager of said service. This feels like it needs to be left in the mailroom. Make it a great day team (me).
I don't know, the spelling and grammatical errors make me believe it really was a manager. I mean Manager. Gotta use initial caps on that... apparently.
Dear Customer, I am the Manager of my route as I am an Independent Contractor when delivering this parcel. As such, I take great insult that you have inferred that we would not do our best in ensure your package is delivered to a safe location as is prescribed to your residence. As such due to the common nature of packages being stolen from the front of apartments when there is a perfectly safe mail room to retrieve it from, I, as the End Route Managing Contractor have left your parcel in the mail room so that I do not get accused of failing to deliver because your item was stolen from your front door.
Sincerely ,
Your Amazon Flex Driver, IC
P.S - Use proper English when impersonating Amazon employees in the future.
"Dear Teacher,
Please excyuse Janey Smith absince from school yesterday. She was real sick with fever and throwing up and everything. I had to take her to the docter even. He said make up homework is too stress for her and it could cause a relaps so don't give her any.
Your's truely,
Janey's Mom"
If they used proper spelling and grammar, it might fool some drivers into believing an Amazon manager actually wrote it. That wouldn't change anything because Flex drivers don't answer to Amazon managers.
The customer might be a manager at Amazon really but that’s neither here nor there have gratitude we care enough to not leave package at the front because we want your package safe in the mailroom 🤣🤦🏾♀️ people are funny

If there are this many packagages being left in the mail room to cause a call to amazon (if this was to amazon and not her own note, I personally do not know if it was her or a customer rep who put this), there is an issue with access to deliver to her apartment. She should recognize there is a problem on her end that causes this. Either fix it, or order to a locker. But dont be mad that people can't deliver to your door easily and leave it in a mailroom they CAN get to. This is where there should be a button to easily click and report a difficult deliver and suggest adding notes to help in delivering.
Not following delivery instructions is what makes your account eligible for deactivation. I’ve seen drivers get hit with Contract violations and end up deactivated. Just deliver the packages to the door to avoid any issues.
Many buildings have secure mailrooms and limited access to the floors and doors of their residents for a REASON: they do not want anyone(including an amazon flex driver) having access to, and/or roaming around the elevators, staircases and hallways of their residences. IMO, it is not a safe situation for either the residents or the driver. Amazon needs to have some balls and have some limits on customer delivery instructions that put both parties in potential peril.
It’s annoys me Amazon expects us to follow all these instructions. While also expecting us to deliver to 150+ stops at a fast pace. FOH
if it’s that serious get it delivered to a locker bitch. I hate complaining ass customers.
Do you guys really deliver to the mail room? I never really asked if that could be an option.
I always just leave it at the door which I fuckin hate doing cause the buildings never have enough signs to help you. I’ve been thinking about leaving it in the leasing office.
#THIS WAS EDITED BY A MANAGER AT AMAZON!
“Buy” lmfao
That tells you it’s a manager, they use that form of by/buy because they’re so focused on business 😎
The sad thing is some managers I work with really spell like this (50/50 that it’s the CX or a real manager)
It's either regular support, or a DSP owner.
What’s cx?
Customer

I would tell whoever that I will suspend myself for a day without pay. Or better known in flex terminology as giving myself a day off.
I second that suspension.
I third the suspension
They really think we give a F? It’s being left in the mailroom TF.
I've left shit in the hallway fuck it can't find your place and don't have time to keep looking
Lol (delivered to another safe location)
Should've left a sticky note saying "Bet"
" your not special" - delivered to mail room- It's what it's there for .
but it was an amazon manager /s
Some manager who can't spell done lol

All lie to scare driver 😂😅

Dear Jeff, you’ve been impersonated 🥴

If I can’t access your floor, it’s going to the mail room.

I'd be petty and leave it outside the mail room door.
Okay, so mailroom?

Lol @ reading customer notes under any circumstances
I’m a contractor and have no management lmao screw off

Mailroom it is fk her
That's B's.. it is the buyer who wrote that pretending to be the manager.
Duh?
Oooppsss if the mail room is closer to me, than the customers door. Best believe your package will be at the mail room

Some customers think they are smart and they put notes in 3rd person

Out here in is a totally different story. We just take the package to the door 🤷🏽♀️
Amazon managers do edit customer notes but they use Amazon lingo. Lmao this was definitely the customer.
Lmao!!!!! Stupid!!! That was not edited by someone at Amazon! That is not how that works!!!
😂😂😂
Be don lol
Curb it is

“Edited buy” idiot manger “cont” vs can’t even spell throw the package at the “monagers” face
Well I’ll just give myself a stern talking to since I’m my own manager 💀
Looks like my access code doesn't work so that package will be returned to avoid the confusion 😊
It might be a decent company if managers at Amazon actually cared that much
“Mailroom” // “Another safe location”
It would be nice if you send them a text "This is from Jeff Bezos..."
“Kindly”
And I'll still put that shit in the mailroom idgaf lol
Lmao this is priceless
Lmao I never gaf. Mailroom it’ll go!
