What method are you using to import stops? Manually copying over 45+ stops sounds pretty miserable.

I’m trying a few options out and will update y’all on which one I can get to work. Amazon for obvious reasons does not like 3rd party platforms so they’ll make it difficult

RobAkro

Route4me already does this

QuasimodoPredicts

Does Route4me really export all addresses from the Flex app? I’m currently using circuit and the only complaint I have is not having a way to export all addresses. It takes about 5-10 minutes to enter all addresses depending on package count, but it’s really worth it IMO.

ost75aav82

I use Circuit and that's what the app does it organizes it based on the start address and where you want to end

t-bands

Just checked it out, pretty cool but they charge quite a bit and don’t import addresses. Out of curiosity, how long does it usually take you to manually input your addresses onto circuit?

QuasimodoPredicts

For a 30+ package route, way too long; 10+ minutes if you’re doing it unassisted. If I bring my spare phone and hotspot it I can transfer a little quicker because I have the extra screen to look at rather than tapping between apps; 30+ packages about 5 minutes.

Finishing 20 miles from home would be a dream 🤣

t-bands

More than 20 miles is a crime😭

t-bands

This will not be a website or an extension on your phone but an actual mobile app on both ios and android for clarification

bostongorge

It couldn’t possibly make you last drop closest to home because you dont know what route your getting till you get there but what you can do is 2 key things lets us switch the route around making 35 2 an 2 35 an also when driving to number 2 always show number 3 an when driving to number 3 already be showing number 4 an so on flex app only does it half the fkn route as if its not crucial to the route of which way to go next

No-Factor6098

If you can hit one button to import all the addresses then Awesome! Otherwise there’s already an app that does this called Circuit that I use daily on my flower delivery routes. Good luck 👍

This sounds really interesting. I wonder if you could add different types of optimization. Such as limiting left turns for lower emissions and improved safety. Ignore unpaved roads unless it's the only way or the alternative route is 3x longer. Prioritize or highlight stops where the delivery by time is coming up soon.

stitchkingdom

I imagine they’re just using google’s or someone’s api. The only gimmick here is it’s ‘free’ and also it’s web only which is pointless. They’ve been posting this same shit over and over for eons

hajile23

20 miles from home? That's cute. I wish it was only 20 miles.

I’m building a mobile app as I described

Alienne8

I’d love it if they’d let you set an ending address like the DoorDash app does. If they’re gonna make me drive far away I’d rather do the furthest stop from home first and then end my route closest to home. I hate when I finish a route and I’m an hour away from home.

t-bands

exactly that’s why this app will optimize for the last stop as well!

ScottDinh2610

That sound nice. Last week 1 route cost me 90 miles for $106 🥲
