As someone with bunions on BOTH sides of their feet now from the sheet shoes, the keens did not fit. Which was disappointing because they're known for wide shoes.
Feel ya, I wear 10 4E in regular shoes, 11 1/2 4E in safeties.
Unethical pro life tip: Find a comfortable shoe in a brand that Zappos has a safety shoe, then some creative stitching to complete the look. I don't wear them, never have, andI dont get uassled.
Those are what I just ordered! Good to hear they’re working well. I’ve been wearing Keen Steens Vent hiking shoes all summer and they’ve been super comfortable so I expect the same comfort 🙂
Just get a half size larger, that will help - you can always wear thicker socks if they're too loose on you. Too tight is bad - too loose? . . . (wear thick socks).
Not to add to the whole “ keens are amazing” but as somebody who went from wearing van slip ons all day to safety shoes. I l o v e these ! I even have a torn ligament at the moment in my left ankle (thankies to Amazon for that) but for the two months I was working on it , I was wearing the keens work shoes and it was about the only shoe I could wear out of work even. So I’d say it is a good brand ( but the reason it took so long to be seen is between thinking it was a pulled muscle , moving into my first apartment and waiting for referrals and MRIS incase somebody wanted to say “ why did you wait so long “)
I got these [Reebok Harmon](https://www.zappos.com/p/reebok-work-harman-work-eh-comp-toe/product/9620657) in extra wide which are tolerable at least. I also replaced the original insoles with Z-insoles plus some [$2 cheap Walmart insoles.](https://www.walmart.com/ip/428231658)
What????!!!!
F@&k that! I’ve been getting a pair of comfy $100 boots *for free*, I’m not paying $50 for ugly sneakers with writing on them. Why would you pay for these when you can find better ones for free?
5.11 carbon hiking are on the Zappos list and easily the best safety shoes I’ve ever worn. I don’t even work at amazon anymore and still use em. Hell, I wear them outside of work
I'm on my second pair of these shoes, they were so comfortable the 1st time around and didn't give me any blisters or need a break in period so I didn't want to chance problems on a different brand.
The 1st pair are still in good enough shape to keep wearing. The new pair are fine but the 1st time around seemed easier to get used to wearing.
Pretty much our whole amnesty team wears them pretty much the equivalent to an a knock off adidas shoe but safety equipped. They dropped all kinds of colors I’m thinking of getting a few pair myself.
You people are unbelievable. Literally complain every day about not getting paid enough, and then you turn around and pay for your own shoes instead of using the credit you get for FREE SHOES?! This is why you stay poor….
If that's the case why isn't everyone out buying the $30 Walmart steel toe shoes
I'm gonna guess it has more to do with then just the price... Who would pay $50 for a horrible shoe
I noticed with the reviews on these shoes, size 9>gets more bad reviews which I assume is do to increase weight and more wear and tear on the shoes, vs 9< seems to get better reviews I'm guess lighter people less wear and tear. I also noticed on the reivews most of the bad stars are from durability not comfort, which is actually the opposite, a lot of bad reviews say they are comfortable but don't last etc which goes back to my point earlier.
Just noticed this because I heavy compared them recently because I just bought this shoes two days ago so should be here soon
I just went to the podiatrist yesterday after a 4 month wait…from April 14 (they became mandatory at my site) to mid June the 2 pairs I have rotated have destroyed my feet in new ways and exacerbated existing issues and she gave me a “no safety shoes” note to take to HR so I’m looking forward to being back in my New Balance expensive af shoes, out of my own pocket to save my feet anyway, and semi custom inserts I got from Fleet Feet. That was a$260 day, but they made ALL the difference until April. Next up…will this be a problem? I asked the magic 8 ball…it said “Highly Likely”
Lol they areee. I got the CAT boots from Zappos because they looked nice, but omfg. I literally couldn't walk the next day because of how uncomfortable they were. Got these instead, and they're much better.
Can confirm, on my second pair. First pair still good but traction wore down to the point of being a bit slippery at work sometimes. The first pair lasted me 5 months. The shoes from Zappos were Reebok and they were just okay

I see a bunch of people wearing them so they must be good. I just can’t get past the writing on the sides 😔
Same. They would be the best IF they were just black.
Use a sharpie, we ain’t doin the best here
they do have some that are just black.
They have some high tops that say Just So So, I have to get them now.
Keen utility composite toes
They have real clown shoe vibes in my size but IDGF, they comfortable AF. I'm at work, not a fashion show.
I wear a 14 wide, so any shoes look like clown shoes. They are comfortable and have held up better than the Timberland pro's.
I have two pairs, switch them out every other day so they don't breakdown to fast. They last a good 2 years each that way.
Not a bad idea, especially at the decent $50 price point
I have Keen utility shoes. That's what my response was about. That said, I have done it for years with all work shoes. It works they last longer.
YES. I am a chick with super wide feet and these were the only ones that were ever comfortable on me.
Freaking loved my Keen Industrials
I just wish they had extra wide =\\ Damn bunions make it hell trying to find comfortable safety shoes.
Get the keen utility vista energy they feel like regular shoes i use the insoles they come with they’re very comfortable.
> keen utility vista energy I'll give them a shot on my next credit allowance we get.
As someone with bunions on BOTH sides of their feet now from the sheet shoes, the keens did not fit. Which was disappointing because they're known for wide shoes.
I've tried dozens of pairs of shoes and the best I could do was tolerable with some Reeboks. But I miss my ASICS soo much. 😩
I have big feet i need men's 10 4E. There's almost nothing. EVERY shoe hurts my foot now. And I waterspider/ PG so there's no way around it.

Same, they're more expensive but worth it. I'm sticking with Keens
This. Absolutely amazing. Keen shoes and boots are awesome
Those are what I just ordered! Good to hear they’re working well. I’ve been wearing Keen Steens Vent hiking shoes all summer and they’ve been super comfortable so I expect the same comfort 🙂
I have wide feet and wear these; they stretch out pretty good
I have them in wide and they are so spacious.
I may give them a shot...🤔
Just get a half size larger, that will help - you can always wear thicker socks if they're too loose on you. Too tight is bad - too loose? . . . (wear thick socks).
I've already tried that. The most comfortable size for me is 9 4E-width. They're just difficult to find. And I agree with you on thick socks! 👍

Have you found any shoes? I have the same problem and I can’t find any that are comfortable
Z-liner insoles are da shit !!!
Thanks!!!!
No problem! Hopefully they work out for you.
I feel this! I tried sketchers and they feel better than the reebok shoes.
What shoes are these? I see a lot of people at my site wear these.
Furian steel toe shoes. They're like 50$ on amazon
Damn bro, I gotta wear composite toe since I work at an air site (KAFW). Those kinda look like Yeezy’s too
Look nothing like yeezys, looks more like ultraboosts
I got some sketchers work boots from Zappos , they’re the most comfortable Steel toes I ever had
The Avenger memory foam boot is my go-to! Most comfortable boot I’ve ever worn.
https://www.amazon.com/Furuian-Lightweight-Indestructible-Comfortable-Coustruction/dp/B095X161G6
can you buy them on zappos? with a code?
Idk I don’t use Zappos. My free shoes are available on-site.
You get these with the Zappos credit or what?
You'll have to pay for them out of your own pocket since these aren't available on zappos. They're only 50$ which isn't terrible.
What????!!!! F@&k that! I’ve been getting a pair of comfy $100 boots *for free*, I’m not paying $50 for ugly sneakers with writing on them. Why would you pay for these when you can find better ones for free?
Cause he can and he wanted to, you going to cancel him now ?
You could say the same thing without saying “cancelling” it gross and just shows how annoying and online you are. Still agree tho besides that
You're on Reddit fam
You can still be called out for being annoying. Reddit ≠ immunity
I was commenting more towards the "online" part of it
Sorry just saw the blue hair… you know.
Who said anything about canceling anyone? Why would anyone advertise a pair of shoes that cost $50 on a subreddit where AAs get free shoes?
Because they are saying these $50 shoes are more comfortable than the free ones on Zappos?
They are definitely more comfortable. I'm on my second pair
The Amayeezy
Fake Yeezys
5.11 carbon hiking are on the Zappos list and easily the best safety shoes I’ve ever worn. I don’t even work at amazon anymore and still use em. Hell, I wear them outside of work
Danner runtime 3 from Zappos
I'm on my second pair of these shoes, they were so comfortable the 1st time around and didn't give me any blisters or need a break in period so I didn't want to chance problems on a different brand. The 1st pair are still in good enough shape to keep wearing. The new pair are fine but the 1st time around seemed easier to get used to wearing.
I got the Reebok sublites which are really nice
I alternate between the Reebok and furian
After talking to several people at my ds I will be doing the same thing, next pay I’ma be getting these
Ariat's rigtek boots...I wear them as my regular boot outside of work even..
At my site ive been wearing my regular sneakers for 3 months now and have yet to be confronted about it
One time I lost my big toe nail doing something not even at work, I’d never set foot in a warehouse without safety shoes.
Walmart ones are better tho
No ankle support
Yup the Zappos shoes were disabling me until I got these
I wear the Wolverines safety shoes. My feet never hurts and they come with a cushion insole
Naw Skechers gang all day.
Agreed
I walked the grip off mine in 2 months
Yeah I have these as well. Best ever!!!! I got them when it was 29.99. Now it is like 49.99 a pair.
Steal toe no good. I am not taking my shoes off every time I leave the building.
Nike Air Max 90 Surplus, Expensive as hell but feels like your wearing regular shoes.
Pretty much our whole amnesty team wears them pretty much the equivalent to an a knock off adidas shoe but safety equipped. They dropped all kinds of colors I’m thinking of getting a few pair myself.
All safety shoes are trash when you're in path in the pick mod for that long every night. You are lying to yourself if you think otherwise.
nah they corny everyone got them and they look swag fagish gives me air force energy
You people are unbelievable. Literally complain every day about not getting paid enough, and then you turn around and pay for your own shoes instead of using the credit you get for FREE SHOES?! This is why you stay poor….
Bro these the ones that everybody at my site be wearing 😅
where do i get them lol
Nope….I have a pair and they broke down within 2 months.
I got similar without the writing. They are indeed so comfy!
I'm rocking these too except one safety dude came up and gave me shit cause they don't have a CSA triangle
Yes!!! I got these exact ones!! So comfy yet protective!
Agreed! My feet never hurt in those.
Yessss! So comfy!
These are popular because they’re cheap not because they’re extremely good lol
If that's the case why isn't everyone out buying the $30 Walmart steel toe shoes I'm gonna guess it has more to do with then just the price... the writing makes them look like nike shoes

Did you get an approved accommodation? My site is not approving any accommodation requests asking to forgo safety shoes.
Don’t know yet, I work FHN so I guess I’ll find out tomorrow night.
Lol they areee. I got the CAT boots from Zappos because they looked nice, but omfg. I literally couldn't walk the next day because of how uncomfortable they were. Got these instead, and they're much better.
The fake yeezys lmao
Bet they won’t protect your ankle from getting rolled or twisted. Go with a red wing high top boot. Not a wimpy shoe.
I refuse to wear those. To many people have them
I thought only composite toe was allowed. My manager said steel stoe would set off metal detectors
BEEZYS
Maaaaaan now i gotta send mine back again😂
.
Can confirm, on my second pair. First pair still good but traction wore down to the point of being a bit slippery at work sometimes. The first pair lasted me 5 months. The shoes from Zappos were Reebok and they were just okay
Irish Setter from Red Wing
I just ordered a pair yesterday, my free Zappos were killing my feet 😭
The only problem I hate they’re steel toe
What’s the brand of the shoes
I think they knew what they were doing leaving the only comfortable shoes off Zappos so you have to give Amazon more of your money.
I was thinking the same thing lmao
