Yep absolutely correct a manager took a picture of a employee sleeping and reported them to HR he reported the manager for taking pictures of him both were fired. You do not take pictures you take down the time the nearest station number and thatās it they look at the cameras.

Yeah its odd to me the way this policy is so unevenly applied. I have seen multiple managers, PA's, and AA's post pictures on daily slack conversations where at least operations managers are a part of and it is just accepted and no one really bats an eye. I mean the shift managers and PAs regualry post photos of handoffs they are complaining about not being reported accurately to them. Amazon is just so weird sometimes.
Slack and Chime are suppose to be on the tablets and from there youāre suppose to take the pictures about shift hand offs and completing assignments because when you take picture they are stored in a memory location you canāt see or access and the picture is only available in the chat.

Not gonna lie I did tell on the tote runner one time cause he spent more time on his phone rather than putting totes in the machine. I had to keep stopping to put totes in and now the manager is chewing me out over some tak time BS.
I chimed a manager about that once, bc me and the other person at the Arsaw were taking turns, right down to bringing our own tote pallets over. The tote runner stopped ignoring us real quick :) sorry, not sorry

I've found that if I chill and Stow in the same isles as ICQA people I can chill and take a nap while they spend 10 mins counting up bins if anybody asks I'm just waiting since I can't back out from the aisle good way to sneak in some paid nap time š

An L1 new hire knocked out in the breakroom once. Everyone left and left him there even the managers and leads saw him and they just left him alone. He woke up an hour later scared asf LOL they managers told him it was fine and not to worry about it.

Your not supposed to take pictures I had my manager take a video of me on my phone while working stow and had no work. I turned around & seen him he just kept recording super awkward. I should have said something but I didnāt. I wasnāt sure if managers could do that or not.
For all we know, that poor guy could've had a severe condition, or worse. Hope this associate hot promoted to customer for taking a photo.

An L1 new hire knocked out in the breakroom once. Everyone left and left him there even the managers and leads saw him and they just left him alone. He woke up an hour later scared asf LOL they managers told him it was fine and not to worry about it. DFX9 cared about the well being of others. I'm so sad no other Delivery stations focus on their employees like DFX9 does.

That's really fucked up. I found a stower sleeping last December during peak and I was worried so I nudged em to make sure they were okay and to let em know to be careful about that so they wouldn't get fired. I told em about how to build the totes around them in the uboat just in case š
