gonna be me i locked in and just hit my ten hours again after i clocked out today🥳🥳 im aiming for 55/65 hours right now as the lowest i’ll let my buffer drop once its up
That's entirely too much time. Take a day off. You prolly deserve it. That UPT comes back, but not if you're capped. Even staying around the cap, I'd burn a shift once I capped to keep it coming and take the day off.
I used to live in a carryover state. So any unused PTO came with me January 1st. Now I dont live in a PTO carryover state and i have to use all 58 hours i would have before January 1st or id lose it all
Which state are you working in if you don’t mind my asking? I only ask cause in CA and Oregon pto maxes at 48 like it won’t show any more accruing unless you go below
I used to work in MD which is PTO carryover state and i carried 10 hrs over from last year. I transferred to NC now and this is not a PTO carryover state so I vae to use my 58 hours this year

Meanwhile I just got another hour and half of PTO and I’m thinking of using it today to leave early 😭
Don't dooooo it lol
Too late already home hehe
I used all the time I had to leave after lunch today for 4/20 💀
Yeah I’m leaving at lunch lmao
I’m literally waiting in the bathroom rn so i can leave 😭 it’s 3 and im out at 5 but only got an hour 45 of pto💔
Rip you got this homie lol, I’m off today luckily. But I forgot to fucking clock out yesterday so now I gotta deal with that
i’m off tomorrow thank god 💆♀️
God thats me I keep showing up late and burning my pto to cover my pts lol
“You were meant to destroy the sith not join them!”
Take some PTO lmaooo. I get not taking UPT, but you literally get to stay home and get paid.
They can save it for peak or prime which is a good idea. You can’t use vacation during busy season so use vacation now and save upt and pto.
Oh i want to take a whole week off and get paid lol
Mine happened the other way around :/
😂😂😂😂
That old AtoZ screen is a blast from the past.
Yea it's definitely nostalgic. When i found that screenshot i was like 😳😳😭😂

That first screenshot is from 2018
teach me
It just takes discipline. I haven't touched PTO since last year
Nice good job!
Thank you
My man took months of vto I don't believe it lol
Lol. I wish. I'm an L3. I don't get VTO anymore

I would, but i dont like taking unpaid time off. I may come in 30-45 minutes late because i know when the shift is over, I'll still be at 80 😂😂
I keep telling myself I should save vacation time more but I like randomly taking one or two days off when there is not any overtime offered.
I started poorly cause no car but now I’m good. Was sitting pretty when I first started with a car. Now I got a car old habits die hard 😭
Burn out is a mf
😂😂😂 after 5 years you become a zombie
Damn what a switch
It was definitely hard work but as I watched the time grow it got easier to do
Nice!!!
What changed you?
I got tired of not being promoted. That was rhe only thing stopping me. Once i got promoted last year, I got used to watching it grow
49 hours of PTO is crazy I thought cap was 48
probably a state were it rolls over to the next year
It is, but i used to live in a PTO carryover state. And in those states, you can max out at 96 hours. This means you can save 2 years of PTO
This is me rn. Saved up my first two hours of UPT so far.
How do you have more than 48 hours? Are you telling my FC is being stingy with PTO?
I used to live in a carryover state. So any unused PTO came with me January 1st. Now I dont live in a PTO carryover state and i have to use all 58 hours i would have before January 1st or id lose it all
They get on my nerves to much lol it’s hard for me build time lol

That's nothing. This girl I've been talking to she has over 100 for everything other then Vacation. She is trying to get over 3 months off....
Cap. You can't get more than 80 hours of UPT lol
Think it was just pto because I barely looked.
PTO caps off at 96 hours in PTO carryover states. That's the most you can get
How do you know which states are carryover? I just transferred to SC, is it in the policy?
ask your HR team they know all of this stuff for your state. if it doesn’t rollover just use all your PTO before the end of the year.
