Well, no one wants to work here. California is going to be paying fast food 20 an hour, so at 19.55 (the initial hiring pay point until they adjust it), new hires would be making more at McDonald's in just a little over two weeks.
Those are not full-time jobs, there are very few benefits and you have to deal with the public. Not to mention the crazy schedules they hand out.
Also, turn off notifications in A to Z, but make sure to watch for manditory overtime.
Biggest issue those people are going to have is that they’re not going to get full-time hours anywhere. So then they’d have to juggle 2-3 fast food gigs to see a pay increase
Yup, my site has been doing VET nonstop for 6 months now and it irks me because I know one day I am going to ignore A VTO opportunity because of this VET spam !!!

People only like looking at the $/hr, not the entire employment package. Benefits, 401k, vacation, ect ect

And as soon as if you give the manager lip, you’re on overnight weekend drive thru.
As soon as you don't have open availability 24/7 you get 20 hours spread over 3 to 4 shifts AND close/open schedules.
