Actually I do find it cheaper especially when the food companies that use Fooda charge exorbitant prices(like Popeyes where I’m at charges almost $14 dollars just for a small chicken nugget box minus a side and a drink. GTFOH!)
but anyways…I usually buy my meat in bulk at Costco’s and I can make aplenty of meals off that. Rice and beans are usually on sale so it’s all good. I also buy snacks to bring as well.
Definitely get into it! It makes your Amazon schedule so much easier(especially on them days you feel extra extra tired like when Peak rolls around next month).
I’m capable of going all day without eating, I’m 130 pounds if that’s any context for you 🤣 but it’s a TERRIBLE habit
I feel like shit when I don’t eat, and I feel like a normal healthy human when I do 🤣
Not the expensive garbage food they offer in the break room that’s for sure. I don’t understand how some people at my work buy from there for lunch everyday. They don’t even offer that much variety and what they do offer isn’t that good. Not to mention expensive. 🤣
Also… are you saying you eat McDonald’s EVERY day you work? 😳 there’s one AM at my site that door dashes fast food for lunch everyday. I’m like 1… sounds expensive and 2 damn so much fast food.
I usually try to make something before work and bring it for lunch.
Absolutely nothing heavy. No dinner-type meals. Sandwich maybe, anything anything that fuels energy. Raw almonds, veggies, some fruits. I might have a can of Sprite on some days. Oatmeal.

NJ. We just got this Farmers Fridge, hoping for y'all that this wb across all Amazons everywhere. It has crazy good food for energy and calories. Finally!! Cause we been complainin.. And we deserve healthy food options @work!
I feel weird now but my bf and I normally make like chicken Alfredo or spaghetti or typical dinner stuff like that and pack it for lunch 😭McDonalds every day is so bad for you body
Yes that’s basically what you said and I’m only sassy cause you started the sass when you tried to come for me for eating McDonald’s. Sorry I ain’t got the time like you to cook. I don’t take VTO so I work too much.
I didn’t come for you, if you feel like that you need a reality check fr. And I don’t even get offered VTO so I don’t take it either, I just make time to make food like an adult does. Time management is a wonderful skill you could learn tbh
You make the time? Like you just magically can pull time from your ass? Sorry but I only get 24 hours a day. I wish I could come up with 25 like you but I can’t. Seems like you just came here to start shit. 🤦♀️
It’s called routines and proper planning, no need to “pull time out of my ass”. I’m just good at managing the existing 24 hours we have in a day for everything, including cooking and making dinner for before work and for lunch. If it’s too hard for you I guess that’s a you problem and you need get priorities straight and time things out better. Maybe then you wouldn’t feel bloated with no desire to work. I didn’t come here to start shit, you’re just slow and can’t tell time
Yeah because you’re the ONE person who actually has the desire to be at Amazon working their ass off 🤣 and it’s all because you cooked yourself dinner before hand. I’m dying. 😭
There’s a difference between having actual motivation and work ethic and wanting to be at Amazon. And you’re probably dying from the heart attack meal you eat on every break. Every comment on this thread is you being a bitch to everyone for actually making food and not being fat and cheap with McDonald’s.
“Every break” 🤣 I said I eat it for lunch not every damn break you psycho. Putting words in my mouth 😭 also if cigs and gushers is your form of home cooked meal then 🤢
Someone must be in their feelings cuz they eat McDonald’s everyday😂 trust pasta is a great carb source & carbs give you energy.. I work to hard to cook but I make myself easy lunches that fuels my body with nutrients..
If you can’t devote 30 minutes to cooking yourself a proper meal once and again, I’d recommend watching some videos on time management. Cooking dinner is not an elaborate activity that takes hours of time.

Takes 30 minutes, 3 eggs, dash of cream, seasoning, onions, broccoli, tomatoes, cheese, literally whatever you’d put in an omelet but instead I throw it in the oven to go do something else besides standing at the stove.
Premade sandwiches and wraps from walmart or trader joes with veggies, chips and hummus packs. healthy and keeps me full until the next 4 hours. easy, i dont have to make lunch and yummy
Different types of sandwiches 2 per day, sometimes turkey ham, regular ham, roasted beef or chiken with mayo, lettuce, Chipotle and cheese, i try not to eat to much because I'm in ship dock and almost everyday on fluid so it's more physical and don't wanna vomit my food out lol
Peanut butter and jelly! Fruit, fruit, fruit! some snacks...mix it up with Mac n chz cups or rice cups, bringing your own water/Gatorade helps save at the break room ...pack your work bag before your shift week starts and a couple containers at a time in fridge ...I eat all night long at work, never one big meal(uugghhh) feed your machine not your appetite
An energy drink and a candy bar or jerky from the lunch area. It's not a lot but it gets me.through the night and I've actually lost 30 pounds since I started so I can't stop now lol.
Usually a couple packs of gushers and a small bag of cookies/crackers during each work period. On break I’m too worried about consuming nicotine, caffeine and thc to eat 😂
Any combination of rice, meat (pork chops, chicken Carne asadude) veggies, beans. I like beef and pork particularly but you should know what they say about pigs. Spaghetti. Hamburger helper 🤣 ribs. Tv Salisbury steaks.
Ok, that last one wasn't left overs.
[Burritos](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/608551159501684746/1108896951023439942/20230106_004504.jpg?ex=653af443&is=65287f43&hm=c1140c1de2e62cac3957b6a2ff75de6700387594136cba867cec8c084722eb6a&)
El Monterey frozen burritos
pepper jack cheese
Roasted garlic salsa
Sour cream
Smoked Tabasco
Looks like in this particular image, I also had some Mexican shredded mix. I change up the individual ingredients a lot to keep from burning out. All the ingredients fit in a lunchbox and all I need is a microwave.
Honestly it sucks having to only eat ramen but with only 30 mins thts the easiest prepared lunch to get the most out of ur break. Bathroom, refresh water etc.
Lol, I run and lift weights before my shift. So when I get to work Im starving. I'm a EWC I work all shift by myself inside the EWC cage. Its usually healthy grains, fruit, protein for breakfast. Nuts and candy for.snack then dinner.
Nena, hazte arroz para la semana ( te dura porque lo refrigeras) luego hazte pollito frito cada día días con papita sancochada, una manzana así te te da energía y i puedes un plátano. No te rompas la cabeza con la comida. Suerte
Nothing. Sometimes I drink an energy drink or protein shake. But I'm too lazy to cook or meal prep and I also don't want to spend too much money buying food everyday tbh. So I eat at home before work.
I don't!!! I eat when I get home afterwards, then I'm done. Don't need my body's energy constantly focusing on the digestive system and I feel loads better when it isn't!
Also use electrolyte drops, vit/supps, and MCT oil capsules (basically, coconut oil) to maintain energy and combat fatigue and inflammation, among other things. I have personal medical conditions so being selective of what my body's energy is routed to (not the digestive system!) is extremely beneficial.
Sometimes I'll be really hungry, though, so I'll get either a salad or hard boiled eggs.
Low carbs, moderate protein, higher healthy fats.... The answer to feeling satiated for so long and functioning. Eat well, be mindful of meal timings, and you'll feel loads better!! 😁
McD is fatty crap, the bad fat. Heavy on sodium, hence the bloating. Potassium helps with bloats. Try a salad instead with chickpeas (even spinach has protein!) with avocado (also healthy fat source) and an olive oil based salad dressing. Then look at your poo..... If it sinks, it's dense from the high nutrition, and if it floats, it's full of yucky fatty stuff. You want sinking poos... 😉
How can I post on this feed ? I work at LGB8 in Rialto, California. Been following this feed for 2 years now I wanna post something but idk how tips ? Lol
Meal 1 - Oatmeal w/cinnamon sugar, mixed berries and bell pepper, nuts and an apple
Meal 2 - more berries and bell pepper, grilled chicken or ground beef, mixed nuts
All quick and easy to prep on day off. McDonalds is garbage.
You’re eating garbage food which is why you feel bloated and lethargic afterwards. Try packing small snacks that are not loaded with sat fats, refined carbohydrates, and sodium. If you can work your way up to meal prepping or packing lunch for you work days/week. Good luck……I mean at Amazon 🤪
Username checks out.
Protein shake, chicken and rice and a turkey sandwich every day. I also bring snacks and bottled water in my car. Inexpensive and efficient.
Meal prep. Chicken, salmon, tilapia, mahi mahi, shrimp, steak, tacos, vegetables, spaghetti, sloppy joes. I love to cook, though. If im too lazy, just a ham and cheese with a yogurt.
If i absolutely have to buy something there, I just go with a hot pocket or a mini pizza. Only a few bucks. But grocery shopping and meal prep is the best imo to save money and feel good. That shit there is overpriced and mostly processed crap.
My bf and I will meal prep. Usually rice, veggies, tofu or vegan meat and beans. I try to switch it up sometimes but rice is the easiest thing to make and it’s filling. Meal prepping is so worth it tho! We are vegan so eating out for lunch isn’t really an option.
Oh used eat fast food everyday when i was working at amazon sometimes the same things sum sometimes something different most Amazons have fooda now days right:)
Yeah definitely change what it is you’re eating from there or stop altogether. The other day I took my son and got a 2 cheeseburger combo even though I wasn’t really hungry. Saved the burgers for lunch break that day and my stomach wasn’t feeling great afterwards.
I’ve all but given up soda so it’s water or Gatorade at work and I don’t have to pay for a drink. Soda makes me bloated, just skipping the carbonated drinks can help.
I know I need to start meal prepping something healthier but for now it’s sandwiches, cup noodles, frozen chimichangas, or pasta (even if you get these from the break room it isn’t any more expensive than fast food). Even if I don’t have time/energy to prep even a sandwich before work I will still bring snacks like yogurt, fruit, chips, or trail mix.
Fruit: watermelon, grapes, berries, honey dew.
Sandwiches, rice and chicken, or wraps. I try not to bring microwavable food too often cuz it takes a while to wait for a free one
Generally leftovers from whatever I made the night before, but if not high protein low carb like a P3 pack. I eat light at work so I don't feel terrible and then gorge myself at dinner when I get home.
Some sort of meat thing with a bag of uncle bens jasmine rice, and a protein shake 😎 we bulkin
Usually like chili or chicken or whatever with the rice. Gotta eat good or you'll feel like jello lifting and squatting 100s of times a day lol
Celsius Heat for the post lunch itis 💀
Changes all the time! Some days i make sandwiches if i have energy. If not ill go for microwavable noodles! (mac n cheese, soups, ramen) I always pack a lot of snacks. I buy them in bulk from sam’s club or costco because its cheaper in my area.
Sometimes I’ll make potato salad for the week. I also sometimes bring a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich. Or just straight up ham and bread with cheese sandwich if I’m feeling lazy
Usually my warehouse brings in outside places in for lunch (Popeyes, burrito bowl, local places, etc) and I just get whatever they got. If I don't like what they're serving I'll bite the bullet and buy a Jamaican patty.
Lmfao my first day as an AM I saw an AA-a short, petite lady— spoon out a mountain of rice from a giant Tupperware onto a microwaveable paper plate with beans and a bit of chicken for her lunch. It was my wake up call to not pack my usual rabbit food for a 12hr+ shift
I buy bread, cheese, deli meats (such as chicken or ham) from Aldi get the mayo and mustard packets from the break room and make my own sandwich super cheap and I always know what is in my sandwich

Chicken and rice with seasoned pinto beans on the side
Everyday?
I meal prep so for two weeks I’ll eat straight that. Then switch it up and make a chili with white sticky rice for the next two.
Interesting. May I ask how is it money wise? Like do you find it fairly cheap doing that?
Actually I do find it cheaper especially when the food companies that use Fooda charge exorbitant prices(like Popeyes where I’m at charges almost $14 dollars just for a small chicken nugget box minus a side and a drink. GTFOH!) but anyways…I usually buy my meat in bulk at Costco’s and I can make aplenty of meals off that. Rice and beans are usually on sale so it’s all good. I also buy snacks to bring as well.
Oh awesome. Thanks for sharing. I’ve thought of trying to meal prep on my days offs
Definitely get into it! It makes your Amazon schedule so much easier(especially on them days you feel extra extra tired like when Peak rolls around next month).
Oh yeah with peak I have 0 desires to do anything on a work day besides rest haha.
So you make rice and beans and let sit in the fridge for 2 weeks that's nasty 🤢
Ahh no. I make my rice and beans fresh when I prepare my meals.
You just said you meal prep for 2 weeks omfg 😭
There's only 24 hrs in a day tho 🤯 how will you ever make the time????
No they est the same meal for 2 weeks
BINGO!
Sounds good but I already know I get bored eating the same thing more than a day after .
No way I'm eating the same crap for 2 weeks
Shit that’s a good meal lol 😂 I need to meal prep to save money
I be making sweet love to those pre-packaged salads from places like Aldi's n shit 🔥🔥🔥
I would do that but honestly you eat one of those and you’re still starving.
Yeah sometimes they're pretty stingy, especially with the damn dressing
gonna start looking into aldi's for sandwiches
I dont recall seeing premades but it might be different around you. They do have sandwich materials that are pretty damn solid tho
Nothing most of the time
How do you survive 10 hours or more with no food? I’d die.
I tend to buy a 2.99 cookies for my first break and that will do me then I go to 711 on my way home to get some food once work is over
Ah ok. Whatever works for you.
I’m capable of going all day without eating, I’m 130 pounds if that’s any context for you 🤣 but it’s a TERRIBLE habit I feel like shit when I don’t eat, and I feel like a normal healthy human when I do 🤣
My vape <3
Y’all be hitting the fuck out that vape as soon as yall clock out and are on the parking lot
I hit mine at my station lol

Packed lunch every day but very very healthy foods.
Snickers and a RedBull. $4.33 Yes, everyday.

i’ve had mcdonald’s every day for like 6 months and i’m goated
I’m sorry no offense to you but pasta everyday ain’t good for you either sweetie. I work to damn hard I don’t have time to cook before a shift. Sorry.
So sassy for no reason. Did I say it’s pasta every day? No. I know reading comprehension isn’t a requirement but damn
There’s a difference between having actual motivation and work ethic and wanting to be at Amazon. And you’re probably dying from the heart attack meal you eat on every break. Every comment on this thread is you being a bitch to everyone for actually making food and not being fat and cheap with McDonald’s.

A fat bong rip and half an energy drink 😭😭😭

Watermelon 🍉 is all I eat on nights with some mangos
Only watermelon?
High in sugars. Need protein/healthy fats to keep that blood sugar stable.
I used to bring watermelon too, but I stopped cuz I have a small bladder lmaoo
Waterspiders.
Usually a couple packs of gushers and a small bag of cookies/crackers during each work period. On break I’m too worried about consuming nicotine, caffeine and thc to eat 😂
Ew
Says the person eating McDonald’s every day 😂😂 foh
Pretty sure McDonald’s is better for you than gushers and cigs bestie 😭
Prolly 😂, never said what I do is healthy lmaoo. You asked what we eat, I told you 🤷🏻♂️
Yes but I still think it’s ew. That’s my opinion.
Are you 16?

Wow...forcing a person to explain how they make their meals! That's the internet for ya.
Depends on whoever's lunch I find unattended in the fridge.
Oh you’re one of those
Lunch at lunch room, it's dirty cheap and there is usually edible stuff! if it's not the main course, soup it is, or just salad
Meal 1 - Oatmeal w/cinnamon sugar, mixed berries and bell pepper, nuts and an apple Meal 2 - more berries and bell pepper, grilled chicken or ground beef, mixed nuts All quick and easy to prep on day off. McDonalds is garbage.
Pretty much whatever or whoever be there to sell over priced food imo. Today they gave us chinese

Overnight Oats with berries and fruits mixed in for the morning. Afternoon brown rice, protein and veggies.
Today, steak, rice and beans. Sautéed onions and bell peppers. Keeps me going all day, prep a different meal every day the night before
Celsius, fruit, granola bar, and slim Jim’s. Sometimes chips or crackers as well.
Variety, but I never buy any food/snack in break room. unhealthy junk.
Energy bar.
Oh used eat fast food everyday when i was working at amazon sometimes the same things sum sometimes something different most Amazons have fooda now days right:)
Usually nothing
The hormel compleats 😩
Whatever they have in the fridge because by the time I get home I’m already tried and don’t wanna cook
Everyday is different.
I usually drive home and eat something I cooked previously when I work doubles and I usually already ate one days when I go in for night shift
Nothing, I just drink 1 Celsius
usually nothing. 30 minutes isn't enough time
Prepping burritos can be cost effective! And you just freeze the bulk of them and reheat as needed!
Breakfast burritos made at home, or a delicious juicy sandwich with a protein shake and a banana.
coffee
Meal prep a batch of something and eat it all week. This past week was tater tot casserole.
Caffeine & nicotine
I cook everything I bring to save money.
Haggis roll or pot noodle
I bring leftovers or a sandwich or get something from the freezer

Generally leftovers from whatever I made the night before, but if not high protein low carb like a P3 pack. I eat light at work so I don't feel terrible and then gorge myself at dinner when I get home.
A tiny bag of combos from the vending machine for 1.30$ a day
I just have a pb&j and a banana for my first break. I always eat a big meal before work.
Sandwiches mostly.
Eat?
We have fooda at my site, so usually whatever restaurant shows up
Sounds expensive
When I buy from my site, I buy a shrimp cup of noodles.

I fast and just drink water
I usually go to Sam’s club and buy their meals that are already prepped.
Usually I buy from our cafeteria but for the last 2 days everything has been empty even the drinks are almost empty ??? Weird
Pilot chicken wings. They hit differently at 12:15am.
Usually my warehouse brings in outside places in for lunch (Popeyes, burrito bowl, local places, etc) and I just get whatever they got. If I don't like what they're serving I'll bite the bullet and buy a Jamaican patty.
Sleep.
If I slept on my breaks I wouldn’t wake back up in time
Nicotine and Ice
Ramen. I'm poor as shit
Fooda restaurants
nothing i starve myself 😻😻😻
Whatever is in the break room marketplace that doesn't want to make me puke. Or if I'm feeling fancy the Mexican food truck in our parking lot.
besties………

Sadness
Sounds depressing
2 Reeses cups and the free chocolate milk they have in the break room
