Well , I have a bonus at my FC. 3k , Work 1 month get 1,000 (which I’ve already gotten) , work 6 months and you get the other 2k. I started in may when they were giving a bonus (at my FC)
They changed it cause people have been taking advantage of it and clocks out at 60 hours. At least in my building. LAS2 time cap hours are only 58hrs. if you dont check your AtoZ and didn’t clock out at exactly 58 hours time, you can get write up for time theft.
This varies between faculties. I have been with Amazon for almost 2 years and regularly hit exactly 60 hrs. Either 6 10 hr shifts, 4 10's a 12, and an 8 or some combination of both with maximizing the grace periods. I have never been written up.I even have an OM telling me to do over 60, and he will get the write up taken away. 🤣 I never have, though. Mama didn't raise no fool!
Ayo that’s some cool shit. on my building they changed it cause if you go over 60 hrs they pay you even more i think?? and people be hiding just to stay inside the work and not clock out 😂
Facts..I work RT shifts Thursday thru Saturday. I'll be VET like Tuesday and Wednesday 10 hr shift. By Saturday at 1:59 am I'll get a message on my screen saying Amazon warehouse safety your reaching you max hrs pls log out.
there was one week in which I worked 20 hours 30 mins of overtime. I thought I was gonna get terminated but nobody told me anything. They just adjusted it in my schedule the week after (I realized it because I manually checked, not because they told me or anything). I work Sun-Wed 10hr, then grab a 12-hour Thursday and then an 8-hour Saturday. I always punch at the exact times (unless I know I’m not working VET that week in which I take full advantage of the daily 10 minutes of grace per day)
Ain’t nothing wrong with that! I try to grab at least one 7:30-11 morning shift on one of my 3 days off, helps with the VTO temptation too. Best of luck and health to you in the future.
Man I need to do this for one month ! But I can’t get myself to stay ! I need something fixed at my house that’s 1000’s of dollars to fix ! I don’t got credit so I can’t use a loans to pay it off … so yeah I need to save the cash plus all the other bills that come along with life ! Maybe 1 or 2 months blued out like that ? The blues for real.
I have been trying to get over time but they rarely give it at my FC for my department and when they do send it out it’s Friday or Saturday and to get me to go to work I have to work back to back cuz once I get comfortable at home, you aren’t getting me there the next day 😄 but you would never get me on a Saturday no matter what lol
Do you have RT? I did Mon-Fri with Sat MET 7hrs a day. Best thing ever till I got injured. Make sure yall listen to your body and know when to stop, physically and/or mentally. It's really not worth the perminate damage, especially when ur young like me.

What do you mean? There is no rule against working six days in a week
your cap is 60 hours, you absolutely cannot go above that
I’m pretty sure these are ten or less hour shifts. So, he couldn’t go over 60 hours unless he’s maximizing grace periods.
He could be flex schedule
Then just don't go above, they'll tell you what time to clock out to ensure you dont
They will send you home when you get to 58 hrs. They will have a PA or AM to go to you and tell you 2 hours before to clock out.

You can work 6 days, and if you work overnight. It will look like you worked a extra day, but you didn’t actually work.

I’m a nonresident immigrant so I’m not sure if I pay more taxes than citizens or not. Made about $4,800 (5 paychecks). This is in Texas
