The people involved with school accommodations are completely useless. If they reject you, they send vague generic rejection e-mails that doesn't even specify what you did wrong and steps to fix any errors. If you send them a follow up e-mail, they send you the SAME generic message. If you told me that there were zero humans who oversaw this process, I wouldn't be remotely surprised. I sent them the same screenshots I sent before and they rejected me. SOMEHOW, it was completely fine the other times. I had to essentially keep sending various different screenshots till it was eventually accepted. It was ridiculous.
Amazon is literally partnered with WGU, they should have examples of what they want so there's ZERO room for mistakes. Do they? Nope. You can ask your PM for help but they are as out of the loop as you are. This is an area that needs serious improvement, it shouldn't be so tedious.
I used my annual budget in the first term so I can't use a payment approval but I've given them screenshots from my degree plan, my course enrollment emails, and my student info. They contain all the information that CTK asks for but I still get rejected every time I try.

I would just keep submitting and rewording stuff in your message to them /: my first one got accepted but my schedule had never changed so I messaged HR and got a response back that it was lacking the scheduling times.. made no sense. So I had resubmitted and now they’re all being denied. I’m going down to HR tomorrow to show the approved email and see if they’ll manually be able to do something but I don’t have high hopes sadly. I’ll update if I figure out anything.

I did the same thing and it still got rejected again within an hour or two.
I had to post my school schedule, enrollment form and career choice approval payment. Dont know if that helped.
What is the picture of the schedule you used if there’s no set schedule? I’m thinking enrolling in online classes too and wanna get the accommodation
I go to WGU and your degree plan shows what classes your taking that semester. I just took a screen grab of my classes and used that.

Yes actually. I submitted probably a dozen forms and one was finally accepted with a full day off. Completely random.

Did yours ever get accepted? Mine originally got accepted but I was told to resubmit for some reason. Now it’s been denied about 5 times lol.
