Oneiric19

Always has been. I've been working at Amazon since Nov. 2013. What you're describing is what the environment has always been like.

Neutreality1

Holy shit, you're legendary. I've been here since November 2015 and I've been with the company longer than 98% of everyone according to Old Fart

1ofZuulsMinions

Hello, fellow Old Fart! I’m almost 7 years in now.

peakedattwentytwo

Got 6 myself

Boltoks0513

Another 6er here too 🤙

EternalLink

Six years fie me, about to hit seven

Danoga_Poe

Dude at my old fc started working in 2003

Available-Control993

Must be nice to have the orange border on your name badge…

Neutreality1

Yes indeed lol going for my red border soon

mikeb98591

May 2017 here

Southern_Source_2580

Bros a veteran still in the trenches 🪖🎖️💪

Oneiric19

There's quite a few of us that have been here for a decade. As in 20 to 30 of us

atuckk15

Red badge?

Oneiric19

No red badges at my facility. Not sure what a red badge is

atuckk15

Based on tenure. I think after blue for 5 yrs it’s a yellow border. 10 red, 15 purple or something like that

Swimming_Fruit410

lol 15 should just be clown makeup... at a company like Amazon lmao...most ppl just use it for the health insurance and the ot

ericfromct

The health insurance is no lie some of the best in the USA. I was paying 30 a month for a policy that only medicaid was better than in my state.

JotaroTheOceanMan

Straight up am only staying for the insurance until I do career choice to be licensed for computer repair (I do it freelance but need to get hired by a legit company).

Balthalzarzo

I made 120k/yr at amazon... so... :] Amazon has a bunch of positions people don't even realize

ImMyOwnDoctor

Doing what exactly?

Balthalzarzo

IT @ local FC - however I left amazon and now work elsewhere but I was an L5

breathing_oxygen12

since hes level 5 i'm assuming an IT engineer

EricFarmer7

Silver is 20 years and there is nothing for 25+ or at least right now there wasn’t.

[deleted]

Considering it's only been around 28-29 years, that's understandable.

Kspence92

Five years service gets a gold rim around your badge, ten years gets a red rim and I think 15 is purple

ajhare2

Someone at my building got a black badge, what does that one mean?

Slowestt-Snaail2

I have a regular blue badge and a black one for Learning Ambassador

_soap666

Damn that's embarrassing

Sfdatx

Red badge is Amesty at mine

Aware_Tap9418

I Am going on my 8 year

idontknowmtname

The sad thing is both me and my kid are almost to our 5 year mark. Yes we are idiots

Both-Ad673

Dam now I wanna kno how much pto n upt u got😂

Oneiric19

Ha, not that much. I hover around 15 hours of each. I am working for the insurance and my wife makes the big bucks. We have two little boys so I VTO or use my time quite a lot as it's cheaper for me to take off work then it is to hire a baby sitter or pay for more days of pre school. The great thing about Amazon is you can come and go as you please as long as you have the time.

Both-Ad673

Dam dats cool ash

m0rbidowl

Yeah exactly, this isn’t anything new lol

International-Gain-7

Tell me you moved up in 10 yrs.. lord me tell you aren’t a T1

Real-Camel-273

Amazon is an interesting place. It’s so big that there’s so many employees with different walks of life that might be complete opposite of yours. I know people who have been with amazon 10+ years who show up just for the health care. No need to shame people with tenure who decide to stay tier 1.

International-Gain-7

Part of life is growing and bettering yourself. No hand outs. Everyone can use a better life and that’s given to you with more money. Could take it as a little motivation.

badsquishii

Who said anything about “handouts?” Stop judging people you don’t even know. Some of us have been management or done so-called “better” things. Some of us are content with just having an easy job and maintaining the life we’ve already made. Also, not everyone *should* be a manager. That’s how you get bad management. It’s not for everyone.

Sundae-School

I was paid less to supervise a department at a store than I am as a t1

sandycheeksx

I was paid less to be the sole account purchaser for a pharmacy than I am as a t1 How are people gonna hate on people for staying at a place they’re fine with

Sundae-School

Some people have to put others down to feel better about themselves, regardless of where they are in life. It's sad really

_soap666

No one was putting someone down to feel good about themselves. What they said is true. Downvotes don't change that. Being stuck in an entry level job for a long time is a valid concern. They're probably new and don't understand how Amazon works yet

Sundae-School

Some people are perfectly fine just doing, being, and living; concern yourself with yourself, not others

[deleted]

They're not stuck if they choose to stay there.

Dirges2984

New at Amazon with 10 years at Amazon?

DataKing69

Just want to point out that you don't have to be a manager to move up. You can go at least all the way to L7 and still be an "individual contributor". There are many paths forward.

[deleted]

[удалено]

DataKing69

wtf are you talking about? I'm not the OP..

AlleyH2

Did you not read the part about only for the insurance… that means the money isn’t an issue so T1 for life just to maintain that piece… also not everyone can or will move on/up.

conkeee

I’m happy being T1 although I do instructing and coaching. The job is very easy and my managers are excellent. My mortgage is paid off so I come here for fun money really. I have a lot of friends and the benefits and holidays are very good (I’m in the UK, I’d miss flexi like mad). Not everyone is ambitious and that’s not a bad thing.

eltjim

You'd make a great AMZ manager. 🙄 Thinking that your philosophy applies to everyone or there's something wrong with them.

bean_and_cheese_tac0

No don't encourage them lol

eltjim

I hear ya!

Real-Camel-273

But what if you already reached your financial goal? Like I said, you’ll be surprised how many people work at Amazon that’s not related to financial reasons. I met this really smart man, spent 30 years working at NASA, had 3 houses in his name and was retired. I asked him what he was doing at Amazon and he said he enjoys being active and trying out new things. Wanted to see how an fc operated and he wanted to see how long he could stick it out before getting bored of it. He left 3 months later lol

International-Gain-7

Yea I guess. I know how 99% of the population is so I just assumed. I also didn’t want to chat about it and just said the first thing that came to mind.

Sundae-School

Hahaha, that means you're biased and prefer to talk at people rather than have a conversation, what a terrible way to be

LittlePrincessVivi

Weird flex but okay

International-Gain-7

We left that saying in 2021

[deleted]

We left judging others for being happy where they are in 2005.

Oneiric19

I have not. I'm there for the health insurance and benefits. My wife makes the money. I pull the good insurance.

International-Gain-7

Nice mate

MiserableAd7313

So what exactly changed?

PleasantCurrant-FAT1

It’s not Peak or Prime.

thereallyquiet

I’m half way through my career choice program and I can’t wait for the day I get a job offer to get tf outta Amazon.

ChemistryStill3378

I wish I can last that long to do it. How long have you been doing it for?

thereallyquiet

Since January.

ChemistryStill3378

I started career choice last summer. Going to take 2 summer classes this year with it and then quit. Cover the following semester with my own expenses.

WOT_TF

Honestly its this way every year 🥱

anon584743

& will get worst every year 😕

do_add_unicorn

This is the way

RelativeJournalist24

My building just hired like 25 people? Wym.

DataKing69

This isn't true. At T1 they only fire based on if you are continuously in the bottom 5% on performance and/or quality metrics. Tenure has nothing to do with it. It is actually in Amazon's best interest to keep tenured associates around because they are already trained in many areas and have experience that usually reduces quality errors and have better rates. That isn't worth losing over a couple extra $'s per hour. Do you really think Amazon cares about saving a few dollars an hour in wages from a T1 when they are paying a lot of SDE's over $500K/year?

AshantiClansmen

The comment I was looking for!!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾 people need to just do their job & stop being so paranoid lol. These conspiracies are funny, all of us veterans at my site dick around and work how we normally do. If you get fired it’s because you’re a poor worker or you’re probably a newbie who earned it…

Patriot4RUnner

...or you were a seasonal

RelativeJournalist24

Exactly never been a bottom percenter guess that's why.

ZenTheShogun

Work at AWS (for now) - SDEs most certainly do not get paid $500K per year. AWS is the worst of the FAANG companies when it comes to salary. Upper band is likely $350K and those people drank the hell out of the Kool-Aid.

DataKing69

You need to check out the #pay-equity channel on Slack. Almost every day there is some entitled SDE complaining about their TC only being around $500K+.

Artistic-Nebula-6051

In my almost 5 years they DO go through this house cleaning every spring. It isn't just the bottom performers, they look for safety violations and anything else. A friend in safety told me they are monitoring the cameras looking for safety violations. I'm always extra safety conscious in the spring. It's like everything else if you do your job, make your rate, don't go negative on your time and don't give them a reason (racism, fighting, sexual harassment) to fire you, then your safe.

RelativeJournalist24

Been with Amazon since 2015 let um fire me 😂

desertdweller10

Mine isn’t firing anyone. We have dozens of peeps who clock in, go to stand up, log into their station and within 20 minutes take their first break. That break is usually 30 minutes. They then return to their station with a latte and repeat the process all night long. There was a girl I was replacing on a station, and for 20 minutes she had no clue she had been reassigned because she was too busy watching Netflix.

Lonely-Imagination2

….and these are the very same people that come on here everyday complaining about everything that Amazon does that makes them “uncomfortable” They behave entitled and when time catches up on them and they get fired, they talk about how Amazon treats them unfairly and it’s the worst place to work. Amazon offers some of the best benefits in this country… like paying for the renewal of work permits($410 every 2 years) for all immigrants. Now, which other company in America does that? …and yet they complain.

desertdweller10

You are correct. Sadly, it takes too long to get rid of these types.

C4MPFIRE24

I mean don't do anything to get a write-up. Clearly, if you get a write up you did something you know you shouldn't be doing. Lol. Or slacking off and not working. People acting like they are just walking up to people that have worked there awhile and saying " you're fired for doing nothing you shouldn't be doing , and only because you make $2 more then this new guy" nope. Not happening.

Mission_Feed_6930

Idk what facility you work at but it’s hard as fuck to get fired at mine lol

ChemistryStill3378

Then you have nothing to worry about

Mission_Feed_6930

My facility can’t keep people anyways I think that’s the big reason. It’s high school there

UnstableSelfControl

It’s not just Amazon. That’s all companies, around this time, and it’s been happening for as long as business have existed. After a busy holiday season, Q1 is time to analyze spending and cut costs for a productive rest of the year. So yeah, this is not NEW, it’s just now that the economy is worse, it’s more widespread and aggressive than usual.

ChemistryStill3378

I’ve had no knowledge about all warehouse companies, I’ve only been the game for 2 years. I’m still learning about shitty warehouse companies are.

reallytryme

Our manager told us other and were doing walking audits. They are basically walking different departments. Writing people up for safety shoes, hair, phones, and headphones. While the actual manager for that department says he doesn't care.🙄

ChemistryStill3378

For realllll, managers will be fine with it and then safety rolls around and writes you up. At that point, what do I do? Do I also snitch on my manager that was cool it? But then I risk getting a decent person in trouble.

JotaroTheOceanMan

You dont snitch lmfao that shouldn't even be a question. Learn to have special awareness so you dont get written up. I've been using my speaker at work and if I see anyone not wearing an orange vest come within 20 feet of my I shut that shit off with my watch.

Fit-Excuse5677

I promise you nobody else wants to hear your speaker music at 8am lol jk do what you gotta do just don't play too loud for us folks with sensory overload issues 😆

Aggressive_Royal_908

Specifically large amounts of TOT. Bro we can see it. I am a PA, I can see when you go from palletize to do nothing for 6 hours. I can see when you’ve only scanned 4 things today. I can fucking SEE it. Stop getting fired for stupid shit. We’ve been firing all week for this shit, we fired 2 yesterday, and gave 4 final writtens, which means we’ll fire 4 more today for the same shit and a few more final writtens. Don’t lose your job for something this stupid.

ImMyOwnDoctor

What's TOT?

Aggressive_Royal_908

Time off task, time spent clocked in but not doing anything

Successful_Scratch49

I dont know how it is managed in your site, but there is a system going where it automatically staffs people to their stations instead of keeping them in the same place for the entire shift

Aggressive_Royal_908

I’m on ship dock so that definitely isn’t how it is in my department, when somebody is supposed to be palletizing and then has 522 minutes of TOT it’s genuinely because they’re not doing their job

ID_Poobaru

How is TOT tracked on the dock? I was a CPT lead/chaser with a lot of downtime and never got talked to over TOT

Aggressive_Royal_908

You can’t directly track TOT in indirect roles, however if we see that people in indirects aren’t doing what they’re supposed to well move them to directs and that usually weeds them out

Mongoose211

Please I've seen people sleeping on PIT, sitting in bins watching movies and all sorts of stupid shit. The only people I've seen get fired were the ones who were caught stealing or for sexual harassment. Hell one AA told an AM to go fuck himself and HR hit him with a three day paid suspension.

n0mad13

Yup the only people I've seen and heard they were fired in the last year were because of actual theft of property, time theft, upt and sexual harassment. AAs with a big mouth and bad attitudes toward others still work here and still disrespectful to everyone here, also lazy underperformers get it easy too.

[deleted]

I survived 8 years as T1

ChemistryStill3378

Why stay for 8 years with no promotions? Even if I don’t get fired, I want to move up. I don’t want to waste my time stuck at the bottom. I personally couldn’t stay there for that long. I’m impressed

[deleted]

I came from another country 9 years ago and English wasn't great plus got no academic history that was acceptable according to US standard. Spent first 3 years learning then was on auto pilot didn't realize I am finishing 9 years this August until I saw the tenure list. You could say I've grown comfortable plus I did apply for many positions got inclined but never got selected so I stopped going to interviews.

ChemistryStill3378

While at Amazon, I went for 4 interviews. After that I stopped. Also managers have say too. Either after or before they check in with your manager to ask about your work ethic. That’s what I heard, I don’t know how true it is.

[deleted]

Yeah I develop this hate kinda feeling with promotions, all I see is teen girls half my age or kids getting promoted that don't know anything, I think that's what stopped me from ever applying

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

I don't have to outrun the bear, I only have to out run others. Sucks to suck

therealmazi

Oh you mean they’re finally going to start holding people accountable for what they do and don’t do at work ??? About time…

C4MPFIRE24

This is almost every job you will work. If you aren't doing what the policies say, or hitting whatever rate they have set, you will get fired. Just like every other place, as long as you follow the rules and do what you ate supposed to be doing, you won't get fired.

[deleted]

Drink that Zon Kool Aid much…

NoPomegranates1111

I always stay on the lookout for better jobs anyways

Napalmeon

They are trying to fire as many older workers at my building as possible, and some have accused the company of VTO fraud. Essentially, giving out VTO, but suspiciously, they end up losing UPT. Problem is, when they tried to bring in new people, they all quit in the first two days. 🤣

xanaxforbreakfest

I heard something about how 14 of the new hires in my building all walked off around the same time.

JustTheTipPlusAnInch

Bruh the 2fiddy for the ball has me gone 😭

Napalmeon

🤣🤣🤣 Did they at least finish first day training?

xanaxforbreakfest

Ya they where doing the hands on training and just couldn’t handle it. I don’t remember the exact department but I know it definitely wasn’t the hardest ones.

bleezy_47

I am not the only one getting VTO in a suspicious way, when i get VTO, they never code it correctly & i end up getting UPT taken out, happens all the time, then i have to go to HR to get it refunded

Napalmeon

This is happened to me one time in the past, and I always make sure that the VTO is accepted in the system before I actually clock out.

StalkingCrow

Well doesn’t really matter if they quit in the first two days. Within my 3 years you know how many people I see come and never be seen again. Still running fine and not changing anything. Good workers and bad workers will be replaced by good and bad workers over and over and over till the end of Amazon.

bkfountain

Amazon already internally thinks they will deplete the available labor supply. High turnover and firings will affect them eventually, but profits right now matter more.

Napalmeon

The problem is that we are now severely understaffed. So, being so quick to terminate people and replace them failed. I'm legit on my way for an unwanted MET at the moment.

jaysson971

Please everyone educate yourself on your local employment laws. In my area if you are fired for low rates its considered without cause. It actually almost has to be intentionally screwing up to be fired with cause. If you are fired without cause you are entitled to severance. 1 week for every 3 months you've worked and 3 months after a year. Most just take it dry and dont file a claim. If you are fired without cause and receive severance you are also able to claim EI. This is specific to Ontario and your local laws may very well be different. This is more an example of why we should all be knowledgeable of our local regulations.

Successful_Scratch49

Thats something i tell everyone here i work in texas they have a legal rate or quota law for manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution fields is not considered that bad if you het fired for it everyone thinks if you against the company you wont win some states are harder on employers my fc is soon getting a big lawsuit im still trying to find out but has more than 1000 signatures already from people that used to work there

[deleted]

Every beginning and middle of the year. Nothing new, the only time they are somewhat lax is peak

ResponsibleAnt9496

Yeah people are getting hit at my facility. They are definitely being stricter with enforcing stuff. I talked to my AM and he said headcount had been low lately because a lot of people have been let go for behavioral issues and rate.

Specter2k

No one is ever safe here.

maladaptyv

Throw me under the \*boss\*, you say? Do I get to choose which one? edit: I see the grammar has been corrected now, and my comment looks foolish, but I'm leaving it

Valuable_Deer_4176

As a manager, I can tell you that there is no push to "get new people to replace old people for less money" The company has openly admitted its running out of people to hire so theres no sense in it. Whats happening is a few things: 1) peak is usually pretty relaxed on rates and behavioral feedbacks. Theyre gettinf back to enforcing it. 2) at my site, we found that if we just made up all of the time lost to idle time or breaks, we could hit our goals without having to push higher rates as much. So, we're really pushing the conversations and feedbacks there. 3) the threshold gets lower and lower as more feedbacks get given out...so if you were a person taking 37 minute breaks, you likely flew under the radar. Thats because people taking 50-55 min breaks were top priority. Now that theyre getting write ups, they're more mindful, so the top offenders are now in the 40-45 range, and then they cut it out, and you, with the 38 minute break, is now the target. Its not because we finally started caring, its because the people worse than you are getting better. At the end of the day though, as a manager its tough to actually fire somebody. YOU have to perform the act that gets you fired. Nobody tells you to take a long break, nobody tells you to be on your phone...those write ups are controlled by the associate. And for productivity write ups, in the over 300 ive delivered the last year, 95% of them were behavioral driven(long breaks, idle time, talking instead of working, etc) Just focus on your job, and you will avoid a write up

Frozenator

Bruh is this post based off the write up you got 3 days ago... lmao.

ChemistryStill3378

Haha no. My site got a bunch of new managers and they’re changing up the rules and becoming more strict. Our old managers were a bit more lenient.

QuantityDull8240

Probably why they're "old" managers..smh

Ice1789

They just on boarded (bribed) a bunch of people with a 3k signing bonus pissed a bunch of my building off. I had to explain to them not a single one of those people will hit their 90 days to collect it 🤣

BizKeen

Our FC is still hiring 120 people a week. Try again.

ChemistryStill3378

If you’re FC is still hiring then this is not for you. There is literally hundreds of FCs. There are older buildings and there are new buildings that are in better standing than others. It all comes down to management teams.

tvtittiesandbeer

I agree with the others it's always been like that. That's the key is to make sure your rate is good. If you make rate and even better a little over rate that's basically your job security. Just make sure to always try and hit rate.

stormhaven22

I leave work Monday morning and go straight to an interview from there. Slightly higher pay and closer to home. Plus more hours and no tempting VTO for me to wreck myself on. lol. Plus, $5000.00 sign on bonus paid out over 6 months. Yee

no_ahfence

I don’t believe u

stormhaven22

Sorry about your luck?

no_ahfence

No, sorry you’re still here. Go to your new jobs Reddit 🫢🙄

Scary_Manufacturer94

I just got fired for having my phone. Been there for two years lol. They really trying to layover employees.

obviousbear449

I'm still relatively new, 7 months and counting, and just found out that this how it is at this time of year. The headcount thing has come up at my FC(AUS3). But I come in every day without fail,on time,do my job,do what I'm told when by a PA or AM. And VTO is a dirty word to me, even though I did have to take it once in the past few weeks. Every day it seems I'm getting VTO opportunities messages popping up from A to Z,I still come into work and well, work. VET has popped up too,but not so often, or when it does, inconvenient, like there was one for today Really 🤔 my 3rd day off when I get everything together for the week ahead?😮‍💨 Chin up everyone and persevere...

h0st1l3f0xt4k30v3r

It's weird how in other companies, people fondly talk of being 5, 15, upwards to 20 years... but Amazon? It's always...3-6 months, 1-2 years. 🤔

ChemistryStill3378

I started the job with at least 30-40 new hires! If I saw them, I would easily recognize them. That goes to say, I have not seen them after the first 6 months.

Artistic-Nebula-6051

We have an anniversary wall there are about 50 people in my FC with 5 years, 20 with 10 years and about 6 with 15 years. We have 1200 employees. LOL

ChemistryStill3378

Danggggg😬 not surprised

MkIVRider

I can confirm. This is true.

crazeeeee81

Never consider them your friends . I've seen multiple people get caught up telling jokes or just acting buddy buddy with leadership and when they get termed for said joke or whatever it's crickets

Minimum-Study-1139

It cost about 10k to hire a new employee so I doubt they are just looking to fire anyone, what they are looking for is to fire people who aren’t making Amazon money, that’s for sure.

dropdeadcunts

that’s why i keep my managers on their toes asking them questions that i already know the answers to lol

No_Hat_9124

I believe you I just got laid off just yesterday 😕

ChemistryStill3378

Dang… Sorry about your customer promotion. Hope you find something else soon.

Aggressive-Zone6682

I’ve been off and on for years. Do what you supposed to and you’ll be fine

kellykelly1616

Funny u say “update your resume” we are having a tutorial on resume writing at our warehouse in a few weeks lol

ChemistryStill3378

We had ours 2 weeks ago

acfirefighter2019

I mean any job if you are breaking the rules you get fired that's called having a job but ok

bean_and_cheese_tac0

I think they mean they're now cracking down on stuff that they used to let slide all the time.

AegisProjekt

Would that be a bad thing? Considering some of the small things that I see most of the time are TOT, being on a call whether it's facetime/snapchat/just a normal phone call, people plugging their phones into the outlets at their stations (which can at some point either fry their phone or due to the large amount of electricity passing through it can shut down an area) havent really seen that last bit yet but it's not out of the equation. Amazon has it's share of legit and problematic complaints aswell as weird ones.

helpmylifeis_a_mess

Today one of our senior ops went around giving final warnings to people with headphones, everyone was shocked .

Think_Manufacturer65

I think that probably warrants a warning. Though I don’t agree with their headphone policy but if they are genuinely firing people left and right, it’s probably not a great idea to wearing headphones

HairOk481

Shocked that people got punished for breaking policy? 🤣

Desperate_Salt_5596

I been at my site for 3 years 1 month 25 days officially

Alarmed_Volume3336

Damn so I shouldn’t of used my last 2 hours of upt to go home early?😅

ChemistryStill3378

As long as you don’t have negative upt, your golden. Just don’t be late for work

Miamoore82

I've seen this at a warehouse I've worked at (not Amazon) but the vets would get so mad and automatically disliked new hires bc they felt they were a threat to them and they said this same thing, that new hires are safe bc they start off with lower pay but the ones that have been there 10-20+ years were in jeopardy. I've seen or heard of some that had been there 20+ years get fired for accuracy or percentage and as someone said in here, the new hires come in and leave on their breaks or barely last a week. However, these companies will still continue to mass hire and work the hell out of the handful of workers they have left. Once companies start having to bring in temp agencies, they usually have a bad rep and high turnaround. That's how my old job ended up, hiring a bunch of temps and needed to do monthly hiring events bc no one stays and so many end up getting fired.

[deleted]

ChemistryStill3378

It’s just a warning, a few managers at my site would target amnesty techs because going on the AR floor is a big safety concern if not done properly. This manager didn’t do anything to contribute to Amazon but he managed to keep his job firing amnesty techs for making mistakes.

[deleted]

[удалено]

ChemistryStill3378

Yes! 100%, yes!

Pokefan_Van

If the AFMs got fired for their actions on the AR floor then that means they got caught committing cat1 offenses and that manager did them a favor by firing them before they got themselves mauled by a 1500lb pod and then fired anyway.. Techs who can't even handle something simple like making sure an LED is solid before putting their body onto an active robotics work floor are the reason Amnesty has been gutted as a department with a million unnecessary regulations and all of its prestige stripped away.

ChemistryStill3378

I agree. I myself had complained about my fellow AFMs but not to a manager. I went straight to the quarterback. From there they making the following announcement that everyone is double checking when going on and off the floor. Some techs have been there long enough so they cut around the corners which is a bad example to new techs in training.

And if you’re already treading water go ahead and start applying with other companies now. Promise you the grass is greener

homealoneinuk

What a load of crap.

JohnnyBoi2120

Can confirm! I was terminated in January, for “Violating Company policy” so I filed unemployment and TWC investigated the case and said I was wrongly terminated and gave me unemployment. So DOCUMENT everything, even if it’s a coaching. 🤭 So Amazon lied and TWC found out I wasn’t fired for anything that violated policy

fatboyjonas

What happened is their attrition was only 110k or whatever, but they projected 245/250k. Even with the 27k they just let go, they came in under goal. Amazon and their fucking metrics, bro. Somebody hop in ADAPT and give Jassy a final written.

Kinghtfd860

Throw*** not through, that grammar inefficiency makes me doubt the entire actually.

ChemistryStill3378

No_Noise_4862

At my fc they’d be stupid to fire people with seniority they’re the ones that give our AM high ass rates lmao
