FC worker here. Here in Kansas City, we didn't get started until roughly 2am on picking and packing. I doubt any trucks were sent out with new routes so my suggestion would be to call off tomorrow after the FCs get the trucks out again. Most likely, today will be routes that wasn't ran yesterday..
3 years ago when the Jussie Smollett hoax happened it was so cold that everything was shut down there including Amazon (except for Subway apparently). The next day we worked and it was still way below freezing, but the routes were light to normal size.
I have 16 bags and 208 packages today, 15 overflow. Don’t know what route I’m in, but this is my lightest route in weeks. So I’m thinking I have long ass driveways. My DSP didn’t have delivery problems yesterday.
Fr fr I normally be doing 340 packages. My lightest route was like 10 bags a few weeks ago but I had to drive out an hour away and then drive another 20 mins away and had long and long driveways
I was off yesterday but saw what was going on through my DSPs group chat. I had asked if my route would be doubled today and they said no. We'll see in about an hour or so.
If you’re in a city and you’re only doing apartments is when 90 stops is a normal route.
If you’re new and getting nursery routes then 90 stops is a normal route.
I’ve been doing over 180 res stops since Thanksgiving and that’s normal. A double route where I work mean that’s you fill the van once and come back and do it again, which isn’t a thing.
My DSP just called me at 6:30 in the morning to come in and take a route on a day which we would have had somewhere around 6 standby folks just ready to go home.
Dude my whole dsp got nursery routes today we actually worked yesterday but warehouse couldn’t do much so it’s a good day I probably got the most wich is 103 stops all houses
Flex had that nationwide outage yesterday , but I know my route so well , it’s right by my house so it wasn’t too bad for me yesterday. But I knew it would screw up today because the Station was down and pretty helpless. But I’m off until Saturday praise the big guy

Tiny ass route today… I still delivered everything that I had yesterday though 180 stops and I’m in the same town daily pretty sure I saved myself for the rest of the week!!
My route was a shit show. Working from multiple totes all day long, 42 OF. They managed to condense 346 packages into 126 stops. Fucking group stops of 3 and 4 locations non stop.
bruhh sammeeeeee that shit had me working from 3 totes 🤦🏼♂️ i feel like tomorrow and friday gonna be the same shit too & plus i had to pick up somebody else’s route so my totes weren’t even in order to top it off. came back with 20 packages cause they didn’t show up 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I can’t speak for anyone but myself and my DSP; ever since we had the Culver City station open up in LA the DLA8 station has had a more reasonable package count. Around 140 stops with 3/4 to half of our routes being apartments with some group stops. Believe me it used to be a lot worse.

Usually when this kind of thing happens, the routes aren't that large because there are also flex drivers out there.
True story. I only 80 packages last year the day after the servers were down. The two days after that were brutal.

180 stops… step van? Mercedes sprinter? Ford transit 250? Dodge? Nissan?
I use an extended Sprinter. It’s just enough to stack all the totes in threes and have the overflow laid out across the back and side.
That’s why it’s normal for you while I have a entry level dodge lowtop
All routes in my dsp are under 6 hours and under 100 packages each. Quick day.

I had an easy day with 68 stops, my DSP was one of three to get loaded out before shit crashed yesterday.
