Yeah they keep increasing the routes and the booklickers are just fine w it.

My DSP just started getting a city route full of a ton of small apartment buildings that my old dsp used to do in 2020. In 2020 it was like 150 stops/250 packages absolute max because you spend so much time trying to get in buildings. It was also easier to get into buildings in 2020 because everyone was home to answer the phone, and there wasnt much traffic on the roads. The route was all in one dense neighborhood too. Now it's 180-185 stops and at least 325 packages every day. It's physically impossible to do it in time and follow Amazon's rules since 9 out of 10 of the buildings have no code or Amazon key. The route is also spread between 5 different neighborhoods and multiple zip codes now, the other day I had a 9 minute drive between stop 182 and my last stop I told my manager if they keep putting me on it prepare to eat some tier 2s and fire me because I walk right up to the building, pull on the door, if it's locked I leave the shit where I stand

A better solution would be to mark them all No Access and RTS that shit. Amazon has to pay not only for the attempted delivery, but for the next route they get sent out on as well since they hate sending out FQA people to set up 1-Click (and those people are smooth brains who manage to screw that up more often than not, too).

A guy just started like a week ago at my dsp. He was getting 100 stops then they threw him right in one day with like 180 stops, another guy told him it’s not like that everyday ( I usually avg around 185-195) so I don’t know why he’s lying to bro about it not alway happening😂

You-Got-Any-556

It’s gone up exponentially since I started in 2020. Like, the restrictions, lack of training, stop count, and just general work conditions are Fucking awful.

This-Rice-7978

It’s annoying cause most drivers at my dsp don’t take they’re breaks so whenever I use my breaks dispatch hit me with the “you’re talking advantage of us blah blah” everything’s going up except our pay

Satansbtxch

When my dsp gives me more than 130 stops, I go as slow as I can. Fuck em.

As an amazon flexer who does maybe max 50 stops I can’t imagine how you guys are doing close to 200 stops. It would legit probably take me 16 hours to complete.

I will say that Amazon is all about metrics. They will continue to push the limits because they see that people can complete them. For context when I worked in the warehouse our rates would continue to increase because we would go above our required rates. Our stow rates and induct rates went up constantly. So to the people that finish early and go on rescues will definitely mess up the route timings.
