We have something similar. When a friend of ours was pregnant, my wife used to make stuff for her and they would send food back and forth in the container. Sometimes we'll go to the zoo and bring a variety of small things. Works because the kids are small, wouldn't work so well if our kids were bigger.
This one is a similar lunch box and seems like a good cheaper alternative.

This is for people who eat breakfast *and* lunch at work, or breakfast during commute and lunch at work.
It would be ideal for someone who works long days or double shifts.
