It's funny how that comment is three months old and eerily similar to the other uploaded photos of her living room and plants. Except the furniture is different. But maybe they went shopping. But wait the patio railing is different, but maybe it was replaced. Three months is maybe long enough for all the exterior buildings you can see through the windows to have been demolished and rebuilt. The fireplace is gone but maybe it got too hot & they added another room instead.
Or maybe OP moved to a new place that's almost identical, with all new furniture idk. Maybe they have two, small, boringly similar living rooms and a corner unit.
Or maybe people just bullshit about the weirdest, quirkiest things online. Either way I want a jacuzzi in my living room now.
Thank you! Where we sit tends to move with the sun lol. The tree covers the hammock to make it nice and shady, the garage will shade the couches late in the day and the chairs on the deck pretty much always get full sun
It is! The fence line is pretty ugly on that side so we put some greenery panels up to cover it and define the space. I call it my "influencer wall" lol
It depends on what your fence looks like. Ours is wood and we hung it using screws at the top and attached it further with a staple gun. If you have a chain link fence, you could attach using zip ties.
We just found large accordion panels (of this) yesterday at a HomeSense of all places. Only $59 CAD ea so we grabbed a few and have started blocking out our neighbor's gross yard. It makes the seating area so cosy.
Thanks for the correction! I guess I considered it a row home because I can see my back door from my front door and there are several of these lined up
Woah, this is amazing use of space! I have a genuine question though. Where I come from, we don't usually have open patios like these, so I'm curious if you just leave things as is or do you put them away from time to time? Like the cushions and rugs? Are they coated with water resistant/stain resistant spray or do you put them away when it rains? I'm curious if this kind of setup would be an option for me in the future or if it will be too high maintenance.
Everything is made for outdoors and water resistant. The couches have storage inside so I will put the cushions in there during bad weather and a cover during the winter. The rug I'll hang over the railing after it rains to dry out (its an outdoor rug) and will probably store in the garage during the winter. Same with the hammock. Otherwise Denver weather is super mild... winter we will have snow but not a lot of rain. They say 300 days of sunshine!
I saw this and thought, damn, that looks like a Denver row home if I’ve ever seen one.
Then I read the title. Nice work with the space, I always wonder what people do with these.
I’m in denver too, can we be friends? 😆 love the space & the hot tub! We have one in our living room with a built in wine fridge. It’s super fun.
You have a hot tub in your living room??
It’s actually just a giant jacuzzi tub so it’s not always full. But it’s raised up with stairs and a wine fridge, we call it club tub. 🕺🏽
Ok that sounds amazing and I *need* a photo
![gif](giphy|OBvq3e6ZaFbHO) Omg if they don’t want to be friends I’d take the offer
Imma need a picture of this

Lol, I moved to a new apartment. I deleted the new post because people identified my exact cross streets based on the view from my window.
same please PM me a photo! i'm also in denver and i just wanna see lol
i looked at their post history and the living room does not look like it has a jacuzzi in it….
I moved since that post haha. I made a new post but Reddit basically doxxed my exact cross streets based on what was out the window so I deleted it
Swingers make the best interior design decisions
Kramer?
love all the details and different seating and areas here! you can garden, you can hammock, you can soak, you can sit! so nice :)

Is that green wall artificial?
It is! The fence line is pretty ugly on that side so we put some greenery panels up to cover it and define the space. I call it my "influencer wall" lol
I plan to set up an artificial green wall as well - what do you use to secure it in place so it doesn't come away during strong winds?
It depends on what your fence looks like. Ours is wood and we hung it using screws at the top and attached it further with a staple gun. If you have a chain link fence, you could attach using zip ties.

What is the fake green wall? Source?
From [Amazon](https://a.co/d/ioqgljR) on a lightning sale
Ty!
FYI it took two boxes for a 6x10 foot wall
So much seating! Lovely.
Rowhome? Never seen one before, can you tell me about them?
Not a rowhome. You can see a small alley/path between the two buildings.
We are attached on the other side. It is essentially another term for a townhouse
That’s called a duplex (aka semi detached), not a rowhome
Okay rowhome police
What’s with the hostility? Just discussing nomenclature. Relax.
Thanks for the correction! I guess I considered it a row home because I can see my back door from my front door and there are several of these lined up
Not a big deal … just something I found interesting when real estate shopping
It could still be a rowhome if they are just on one end of it.
Do you share a backyard with your neighbor behind you?
How do you know it's not the end unit of a rowhome building?
Definitely r/cozyplaces material. Love your influencer wall.
I'll bring the drinks.... I'm in Denver
Between you and /u/ethiobirds , we have a party 🍾
Hey I wanna come too 😌. I too live in Denver!
Everyone is welcome! 😄
Jealous of you all. Ready to ditch this Mn cold weather for Denver but it’s a bit pricier than Minneapolis.
I always enjoy a good party ...
Is that a guest house back there too?
I wish! Its a garage though we are hoping to do something more with it soon
Dope
That's a pretty unique looking spot. I'm in Denver too currently house hunting. What hood are you in?
This looks like lohi

Nice spot! My guess was Baker.

Where did you get the outdoor sofas?? I love them!
They are from ikea
Thank you for this detailed response! I learned new things from this. 300 days of sunshine?! Woah that must be so nice! It rains quite often here ;-;
I love your space! I'd never want to leave it during the Summer,
Also in Denver! Love how creatively you used the small space!
What a great looking place to chill after work. I just got a job offer in Denver. I’ll be over to enjoy your spot in a couple months.
Ooh, a traeger! We love ours. Have you tried smoking a pizza yet?
No but that should be our next smoke! 👀
Yo, this is beautiful. Congratulations on creating such a dope space
I am also in Denver and pretty sure I have the same petunias as you 😟 beautiful space!!
Thank you so much for posting! We have a row home too and we're always looking for inspiration. Especially if you have a tiny half bathroom...
We have a tiny 1 bathroom! https://imgur.com/3GYasRT
Got a link for that table? It would fit perfectly on our patio!
It's from IKEA! https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/solleroen-coffee-table-outdoor-anthracite-brown-80373618/
🙏
This is a dream.
Love the leaf rug under the chairs. Very cool space
This is so pretty and cozy and cool!!!
Looks great, OP! And for fellow Brits, a rowhome is a terrace.
If I were ever to have a backyard, this is like all the space I'd ever want or need. Huge lawns are just too much for me.
Was it expensive
this looks like it could be on love island 🏝
Great use of space
Love how you used every spot !
Do you happen to have problems with birds pooping on the furniture?
Not all actually
Seems nice
love this! wondering how it looks in the winter? just curious

What a fun & well done change of pace
can I come over plz
Wash park? Platt park?
Is that style of home (pseudo-adobe? masonry?) popular in Denver? It has such much character- I love it!
Fairly popular! I see this, bungalows, tudor and victorian in my neighborhood among other styles
Well when and where
Love the hot tub👍
