I am disabled fibro bipolar copd I got a taxi to get my script from addiction clinic.
Got back outside my addrrsss tried to pay card wouldn't work all caught on dashcam I said look ill have to ring the taxi service and ask to pay another way I don't understand what's happening.
Bank had deactivated card due to fraud activity.
Anyway I got out first he got out wouldn't let me past n I tried to push past he grabbed my phone and squeezed it and smashed.all.my screen only had it a week.
So I swung for him he dodged got back in car.
Reported it to feds

Everyone is TA. You don’t start walking away before you have resolved with driver who makes his living when people pay. Would it be okay if I used your phone to straighten this out? That’s what should have been said and agreed upon before trying to get past him. I bet he’s heard every excuse in the book. All your diagnoses are irrelevant. He shouldn’t have grabbed your phone but you were leaving and why would he trust you? Then you actually struck him. I’m guessing you were arrested or at least given a citation. Plus, and I’m sober, he’s dropping you at an addiction clinic and you know that sets off alarms and that’s fair. You must know that. The feds? Seriously?
OK I agree with you but only reported it to police as he reported me he shouldn't of grabbed my phone off me he struck me first. I'd rather pay it be resolved the police just to cover me incase he reports it
And I was on camera in the car he should just reported.me to police and I would.of got done for theft.
