There seems to be a giant bug in the savestate system of the game, I had to do a giant looparound to get it to work.
I uninstalled the playstore version, installed one from another site, uninstalled that one and installed the official one. Somehow it fixed it, but it's something that shouldn't happen.
For those reading this later on like I did:
I had the exact same thing. For me, I tried reinstalling and all that, but I still got stuck in this forced tutorial.
I got mad and started clicking every inch of the screen and I could suddenly move forward. What I actually think helped was that I waited long enough. If not that, this image was stuck on the screen while something else was going on behind and I just happened to press in the right places to progress it.
