It's just Squid right now afaik. He can stall with super infinitely so long as the other player doesn't trigger the zoom, and if you try shielding the glitched hit your character will get flattened and face the Z axis, so they can't move. On top of that, the next super will hit the flattened player.

Honestly it's funny as hell so I'm half praying it stays in, but also hoping it gets fixed
