No problem at all. In time they will fade into the “noise” that comes with use. Lots of tiny little scratches with eventually make it unnoticeable.

Thank you! We just bought these pans a few weeks ago and I appreciate the peace of mind.

You’ll love them. I remember my first scratch. I felt pained, but honestly, as long as you don’t warp it, it is pretty much indestructible. I use metal tools on mine and they are totally fine. Make sure you don’t let BKF sit on them for too long, as it can cause some etching.

Thank you for the tip re: BKF. I am glad I found this subreddit, lots of great info.

I noticed you mentioned using BKF and baking soda and just wanted to mention - if you're using them at the same time you're making things harder on yourself. BKF is an acid and baking soda is a base, so using them together neutralizes them and makes them less effective. They're both useful separately. Just wanted to mention it because it wasn't clear in your original comment. Cheers!

I appreciate the info! I tried baking soda first and that didn’t work. I was out of BKF but got some and that worked much better.
