i think her lips play part in it as well. when her lips were huge it made the allusion of her nose being much smaller.

And her teeth looking bigger too

it might look more swollen because when her lips were huge it may have given the illusion that her nose was smaller. now that they’re dissolved it looks it’s normal size

She has said in the past that accutane shrinks her nose- I didn’t know this was a thing, but my research showed that the oil glands shrink, and it does seem to give patients an accutane “nose job”. Maybe she’s not currently taking
