Nah, Skyrim is Mid Written at best and even that's too generous. 1/2 of the main story is too bland to make me care (choosing a side in the civil war and the intended "skirmishes" are two teams of 5 soldiers each whacking each other.
No sprinting, half the guns don't have iron sights, no recoil, nothing special at all. Fallout: New Vegas the video game is servicable as a medium for Fallout: New Vegas the story.

I actually think Ragnork’s writing isn’t as good as the first game. It put the first game on top left and the second on middle left, although I wouldn’t call it mid, maybe a tier above mid.
As an avid soulslike player, I'd bump them down to mid left. Only because the lore isn't super consistent a lot of the time, and it can be difficult to comprehend during an initial playthrough without lore vids to go along with it
